Over the past two years, the standard, UL 325, Standard for Door, Drapery, Gate, Louver and Window Operators and Systems, has undergone substantial revision. In this article we will provide you with some background information about UL and UL standards, update you on the current gate-related contents of UL 325, and advise you of some possible changes in UL 325 that may greatly affect the automatic gate industry.

I used them for years and I loved them, they are knowledgeable. Now, they won't fix, just want to replace. I got to talking to a few of their clients and they said the same thing. My gate is 5 years old and far from needing to be replaced, at a minimum of $4500(your quote) and the motor is made in the USA. Whatever happened to this company is sad and seems like a scam. They say code, however I am a private residence and in Bexar County so I would like to see the code you are referring to.

We use QA to service most if not all of the HOA gates that we manage. Todd, Ryan, and the entire QA team are outstanding. Their customer service, product knowledge, and response are bar none. They don't take shortcuts and do things right the first time, which helps keeps the gates and equipment working for many, many years. If you want it done right, give QA a call.

Quality Access Control Systems is an excellent company that does great work and takes care of their clients. Day or night, during the week or weekends, they answer their phones promptly and have technicians available to be at your gate ASAP to solve any issues that may arise. I highly recommend them if you need a gate or require gate maintenance.
