Awesome service. He was able to squeeze me in less than an hour after I called, he was finished with my problem in 10 minutes. I thought I needed one solution, he informed me I actually only needed a much cheaper solution and still proved it more than solved my problem. 10/10 definitely will use again.

Called about a lock for a truck bed cover that I lost the key for. Came by very quickly and did a great job getting me 2 new keys. While he was here I asked if he could do a key for my wife's Jeep Grand Cherokee. Without hesitation got started on it and quickly got me a spare key for her Jeep also. and the best part it cost half the price that the dealership was going to charge me.
All while I was in my house with my family. Didn't have to drive somewhere and sit and wait. Definitely well worth the money. His customer service and ability are top notch. If you're on the fence of who yo call, don't hesitate and give him a call. He earned my 5 STARS RATING!

Definitely recommend this guy! Answered my phone call right away gave me a price immediately and was at my apartment is 20 minutes to unlock my car and make me a new car which only took a short 10 minutes maybe! Idan is fast and professional. I somehow lost my car key for my 2014 Mini Countryman. He had my kind of car key in stock, came out same night, and made me a brand new key. His charge is very reasonable (I suspect the Mini dealership would have charged me AT LEAST as much). Highly recommended. Having had bad experiences with dealerships and other locksmiths my expectations were not high a locksmith professional. The key man went above and beyond duplicating 3 keys at a very good price which is the professional thing to do. Where the key man excelled is he listened to my and my wife's past experience and evaluated the locking system without charge and found defects that others had not (very knowledgeable and patient).

Idan came to the house because of a problem with our RV. it turned out to not even being a Key Fob problem but other mechanical issues that he was able to trace and fix. He was amazing. Extremely professional but explained the problem that had happened. He waited while we went to get a couple of parts and he installed and took care of the issue. I so recommend him for going out of his way to help us out. Thank you.
