John Henderson started with one truck and a dream. We now have 10+ employees running on six trucks. We feature a 6000 square foot warehouse sitting on six acres of property with a fully operational showroom. Customer service has always been our first concern and will remain the number one concern as long as we are in business.

Our garage door has been operating for a good 30 years and needed work. Paint was peeling and the operating noise was very loud. So we found Henderson after a neighbor was pleased with their performance. And we are also now pleased. They came in one morning with one truck and in no time had it installed. It is an overhead two car width insulated white segmented door very quiet. Also arranged for TX Dept of Insurance inspection. We have a new door and it is all good!

I've used Henderson's Garage a couple of times now and I've always been pleased with their service. This time was no exception. Their prices were a little more than I would like but these days I say that about everything. At the end of the day they do good, quality work, and they're respectful while doing it. The technician took the time to show me what was wrong and answered my questions.
I have found that to not be common these days as many just want to get done with a job as quickly as possible to go on to the next. I highly value the great customer service Henderson's provides from the administrative assistant on the phone who scheduled my appointment to the folks who did the work and I strongly recommend them.

I'm a returning customer with a reason. They came out to repair the broken spring and performed a tune up of my squeaky, noisy garage door, and replaced the rollers and lined it up so that it is quiet and smooth. They were very prompt in calling back and very responsive to setting up a time to come out and do the work. The service technician described what the problem was, exactly what needed to be done and also quoted the cost of each item. He was efficient, thorough and did a great job. Strong recommendation for Henderson Garage Doors.

My garage door would not open. Chad came out and inspected everything and found out my gears was broken. He explained all the different options I had. His knowledge was incredible! He is a very safe fast worker. I was so happy with his service I decided to buy another garage door with them for my other garage door. Thank you so much Chad and Henderson garage doors for the service! Highly recommend!

Derek came out and gave me a quote for my double garage door. He was knowledgeable & a very courteous young man. Along with his side kick Gavin. I'm very weary of salesman but was very impressed with your guys. I went with the new door and William & Lorenzo showed up today to install it. Again William & Lorenzo was great. Very kind & mannerly young men.
He & Lorenzo were finished in a 2hours. They installed everything new except my garage opener. It runs like a charm. I'm upset I didn't do this year's ago. PS I think they all should get a raise

Guys came out and were able to give an estimate for requested work as well as provide suggestions on replacement parts to prolong life of garage door. Quote was reasonable, and work was completed on the spot within an hour. Also shared tips for maintaining door. Happy with the friendly service and will definitely use them again in the future!

Derek did a great job explaining the reason for the spring failure. Explained the longer lasting springs that I was extremely happy to install. Checked everything else out and showed me the cracked brackets, spools and rollers. It's been a little over 8 years since Derek was here and inspected everything then. My door gets a lot of use, extremely happy with the timely manner, knowledge and courtesy that Derek displayed while doing this job. He even checked out the garage door opener and it was functioning properly. Thank you Henderson Garage Door for employing knowledgeable and courteous employees.

The service appointment was made for "10-12 pm on the next day with Chad coming out" and he called that he was on his way an hour early so that was great. He arrived at 9 am, looked over my jerky door issue and after offering me two options in detail to repair it he was done in an hour. Would have liked a third less expensive one as my budget is tight right now!
Oh well. The door works smoothly with new springs, rollers and pulleys and has a 1 year warranty. My receipt and detailed invoice were emailed so I have my paperwork for my home repair file. Henderson's is a hometown area business that my family has used for years. Prompt, professional and local. Very satisfied.
