Andy was very professional when he arrived at my house and made a very thorough inspection of my house foundation. The repairs were reasonably priced and the work was scheduled quickly and completed in just two days. The field crew completing the work were also very professional and hard workers. Very satisfied on the work that Allied Foundation Repair did on my house.

The previous owners of my house had some foundation work done through Allied with a warranty. When I found a crack in my foundation after ripping up some carpet, I gave them a call and they came within the next couple of days to take a look. They made an assessment and gave me a quote and were able to come the very next business day (Monday) to complete the work.

They were able to complete 17 new piers and fix up the existing 10 all in one day. They even had to take my deck apart, pull plants out, and drill in my driveway. They replaced everything just the way it was. And all the new piers will be on warranty! Very satisfied with the work Allied did and would recommend them to anybody.

Jacob, Alfredo, Cuco, and David were the representatives I had contact with during the project. They did what they said they would and on time. Good job raising and stabilizing the foundation. Installed 15 piers. Started at 9:30 and done by 2:45 with landscaping back as it was. Terrific work.

I purchased my home in 2005 understanding there had been foundation repair by Allied and that the work was with a lifetime warranty. A few years after we moved in we noticed some settling and had NO PROBLEM when we got our home serviced again. It did not cost one penny. Just this year, we had to have additional work in a new area and Allied Foundation honored the previous warranty, charging us for the new work.

The crew was amazing! They removed a few azaleas and replanted them when finished.no damage to my plants. I could not get over the amount of labor these men completed. Great company!

Excellent experience from upbeat and friendly customer service ( rare these days) to the in home estimate to the work crew. They came like they had a mission and they worked non stop, very friendly, professional and communicative. Large team, got the work done in one day. despite the size of the team we did not feel uncomfortable or overwhelmed in any way. the office checked in with us to see how everything was going. I do not hope to have to do this kind of repair work any time soon, but if/when it happens, would certainly use them again.

Allied does a phenomenal job with the craftsmanship and customer service. Jabriska is a top notch representative of the company. She goes out of her way to make sure the client is pleased and makes the vision come true. Allied went above and beyond our expectations with getting my garage included in the lift as well. First company to start work right after closing. Very down to earth people to have work for you. 1000% recommend them to do a lift for you.

We hired Allied to fix our detached garage slab. The foundation was visually slumping toward the back of the garage and one corner was sitting below the topsoil by over an inch. I was worried about how much they would need to lift the slab to bring it back above the ground level. Thankfully, I didn't need to worry. The crew arrived on time and they were quick, professional, and organized.

They were able to lift 2 on the worst side of it and the entire slab is finally level! They did accidently break a piece of siding during the process but they offered to replace it and did replace, paint, and return it to good condition in a timely manner. I opted to not provide payment until the damage was resolved to my satisfaction and they were respectful of my concerns. Overall Allied was competitively priced, responsive, professional, and a joy to work with. I will keep them in mind for any future foundation needs. Highly recommend!

In regards to our recent major work on our home foundation, we greatly appreciated the professionalism and courtesy we received from both the cost estimator and the construction crew. The work was handled very efficiently and we were always well informed on what was going on. Inside the house, all items that required moving were moved and protected from dust by your company.

The work went very fast and everything was picked up, cleaned up and removed from the premises once finished. We had one potential delay in which the office responded to immediately and mitigated what could have been a week end for our family with holes all over the interior of the house. Instead, the delay was reduced to half a day and we were able to have a normal week end with no holes and no worries of kids or pets or even us accidently falling into a hole. We greatly appreciated this extra effort and will highly suggest you to any of our friends and associates for foundation repairs.

I was given a quote of $11K in February 2020. I asked them to give me another quote in 8/2021. The sales guy walked up to my fence and handed me the same quote he had given me the year before, acting very annoyed that I asked for another quote. He did not even step onto my property. I was very put off and complained to his office. I received an apology and an offer to come out to look at the property and I would receive $200 off when I was ready to move forward.

A month later I make the call to have them once again come out. All I received was a text with the same quote minus the $200. I decided to move forward with the repair. The crew shows up, again with the same unfriendly attitude. I received a call a few minutes later from the office stating they could not do the repairs for $11k, but it would cost $20K.

I found another company (Generocity). They gave me great advice, were very friendly and $2500 less than Allied's original quote. I would suggest you do your homework carefully before choosing this company.

So Allied came out to fix my foundation last Friday. well the first crew that came was horrible. though they fixed the foundation (so they say) they left my yard a mess. So many huge chunks of concrete mixed in ALL the dirt that was put back and on top of that they put dirt down along my back and side fence in the backyard which I'm not sure why. I was planning to start my backyard renovation after the foundation job however they just cost me so much more time and money trying to fix their mistakes.

They had someone come out Monday and the fixed the landscaping and foundationissues the first crew left however the concrete still remains. The man asked me if I was satisfied and I said yes thinking that the concrete was gone however once it dried I could clearly see that it wasn't moved at all. I even asked for someone to come out and measure the job but he brought a hand leveler and said it's level that's not what I was asking. See photos attached. After this fiasco I definitely DO NOT RECMOMMEND ALLIED FOUNDATION!

We had an estimate performed on a home my family is purchasing in Pearland. This was time sensitive, as we needed the results to renegotiate the sale of the home. The technician verbalized the results but did not email the written report. It had been stressed that we needed the written report ASAP in regards to negotiations. My husband, realtor, and I proceeded to call the office asking for the report the following day, stressing that it was time sensitive (we had until 5pm that day to make any changes).

The receptionist decided the best course of action would be to hang up on my husband rather than speak with him. Still no report and therefore we will be unable to negotiate on the foundation. Would absolutely not recommend this unprofessional business.

My husband and I were very impressed with Allied. They came out for estimate quickly, provided a very reasonable estimate. When we called to schedule they came out the next day with an army of guys that worked so efficiently and got the work done in 1 afternoon. Our landscaping was relatively in tact which was a bonus. We would definitely recommend Allied to anyone needing foundation repairs.

I have tried for over a week to speak with the owner of this company about an appraisal on one of my houses. They repaired 1 and then gave a bad appraisal on the other trying to make more $ and tear up my house.

Jacob was assertive, and his attention to detail regarding my concerns was great. Extremely professional from the first second the crew arrived, to the last minute on site. Felix and his crew were great to work with.

Had a very good experience with Allied Foundation, everyone was very professional, from the person that did the estimate, the person overseeing the work to the office staff that took my payment. If you need foundation work you cannot go wrong with Allied Foundation. The only reason I did not give them a 5 is that the workers cut my cable line and I had to have the cable company come out, which was not a big deal because they came the same day and finished around the same time Allied did. Thanks to the Allied Foundation organization.

We had them out to bid leveling our home last week and they were the lowest price by far. But that in itself isn't the reason we choose them. The other two company's both were talking about taking down our fence and the amount of damage they could do to the grass. Allied said they didn't need to do either of those things so we hired them.

They showed up yesterday at nine a.m. and installed 30 piers, leveled the house, cleaned up beautifully and even repaired damage to our home that was not part of the deal, saving me about $1000. I cannot say enough about this company. The cracks inside our home are either gone or smaller. They left the property in better shape than they found it by filling in holes in the yard with the extra dirt they had left over. My recommendation is hire them. Do it now, don't hesitate. Just hire them.

My foundation was originally fixed by Allied foundation in 2009. Jacob with Allied came out January 2021 add dirt and made some cosmetic repairs per my lifetime warranty. This was unbelievable service 12 years later! Fast, friendly and reliable. Thanks JACOB you're awesome!

This is an update to the 1 star review I gave Allied. After receiving the 1 star reviews, Jacob (who is part of the family that owns the company) called us and immediately sent out a crew to properly level the house. As I stated to him, I should never had to have gone onto public portals to complain, his employees should have done their job, and done it correctly. We are now satisfied with the work.

First method of inspection by using 4ft bubble level. So request another using zip level. Readings and drawings totally different number, of piers needed. And different bids. The second one being close to $10k more. Kept asking for explanation. And asked for owner to call me. Seems like no one at company wants to be accountable other than each inspector had different opinion. Is this a good business practice?

Yes the owner of the company called me. In fact he was very surprised they sent the first inspector out. Too bad the more qualified inspector didn't come first time. You also misconstrued my words.

Allied Foundation had done some work for us 12 yrs ago and was pleased with the work and pricing then. Only one corner of the house was affected. So when we noticed a crack in some tiles inside our home we callled Allied Foundation and they promptly came out with an estimate and repaired the rear of the house where the issue was and also adjusted the previous work (no extra charge for the adjustment of previous work). Pricing was fair and the crew worked great and left the house in clean condition and even the flower bed was put back in place and all the plants survived. Would highly recommend them if you suspect foundation issues.

After getting several quotes, I chose Allied because of their knowledge and competitive pricing. I needed extensive foundation repair work and I am so glad I used them. Allied was fast and they kept the work area clean. I am very pleased with the end product and definitely recommend them.

The front of our house had dropped 2 1/2". There was an 1 1/2" crack in the outer wall. There were interior cracks as well. Pantry door would not stay shut. Allied installed 17 piers under the house in 1 day! Cracks have closed and are gone. Pantry door easily latches shut. Driveway door no longer sticks! Clean up was great. Price was fantastic at under $4000. Highly recommend Allied Foundation Repair. Jacob was extremely helpful.

I needed an inspection of a pier and beam foundation of a very old building. The conditions were dirty and unpleasant. Allied set an appointment at a convenient time for me. Andy called before arrival to let me know he was on his way. He arrived promptly and introduced himself. He patiently listened to my concerns. He then got to work, finding access under the building, and exploring throughout.

After quite some time, he emerged with good news, that everything is in good shape and needs no work at this time. He was very thorough and professional. I will definitely use Allied again!

Had them out for foundation work and for plumbing. Both times they did an excellent job. I was in contact with both Jacob and Luis throughout the whole process and they were very helpful when it came to scheduling and the plan of action. Their crew were quick and did the job correctly. When they had to enter the house, they even took their shoes off. It's nice to see that they respect your house as much as you do. Once complete they cleaned the yard up and I was contacted the next day about the payment. Approximately 2-3 weeks out now and everything is good to go.

Allied performed a major foundation repair by tunneling under my house and a plumbing re-pipe. The staff was very friendly and informative of all their actions performed. When the work was completed, they left my house looking like they had never been there which was quite a feat given the amount of dirt dug up and work performed.

Find a better company. When they come back for warranty work in Lysa year they want to charge me for more stuff. They have just had done it right the first time. I live in Baytown the property does not flood. So that's why I say find a better company because they didn't do the job right the first time

I had a really positive experience with Allied Foundation. I met them through our realtor, who had previously working with Thomas on other projects. Thomas and his crew came, gave us a fair estimate for the work being done (we got two other estimates) and started work right away. I was pleased with how quickly they finished the job and that they set up all of the necessary inspections to clear the job. I would happily recommend them to someone else and we look forward to working with them again!

They were very quick to provide an estimate, quick to schedule the repair and quick to complete the job. They were very responsive and always answered the phone or called us back when they said they would. The workers cleaned up after the job very well. I am not happy with a crack that formed on our ceiling after the repair, but I understand that's a common issue with foundation repair. Update: Allied Foundation is helping to paint the ceiling to repair the crack! Great customer service! Highly recommend this company!

As part of the selling process, extensive foundation repairs were needed. Our buyer contacted another local foundation company that was very expensive. Our real estate agent told us that he used Allied in the past with great luck. We contacted them and Ali came out the same day to do the measurements. He was honest in his opinion and told us exactly what we already knew.

Two business days later the crew lead by Jose was right on time. The crew worked a full two days to complete the leveling project. The next day, the clean up crew came in and did an excellent job erasing almost every trace of their mess. A few good rains is all it will take to wash the remaining dirt back into the ground. I read the other Yelp reviews after we has already contracted with them which made me a little nervous. I am glad to report that we had a very positive experience.

I was involved with a couple projects done by these guys. Always fair, on point and jobs well done. Usually the cost was half of other major well established foundation repair companies in the Houston area. As a Texas inspector and real estate agent, I keep Allied top of mind.

This company is a joke. I had them to come out and do some work and they really messed up my home. These guys are not really good at what they do. They told me I need 15 piers inside and 21 out side when they finish my home was distraught. They left large whole inside my home and the yard was also a mess. I had to get that fix and now the floors are uneven.

They said they drop there camera down my sewer, but got it out. That was a lie. Has to call out a plummer cause my pipe was stop up and guess what it was the camera and that cost me another $1209. What a fucking joke. These guy are not someone to deal with. Stay away from this company

Comcast does better appointment and customers service than these guys. They simply try everything they can to provide bare minimum service and courtesy at best when it comes to doing their job and lifetime warranty. They have broken my sprinkler system in the yard and I only found out months after they came for a warranty repair. They have come for a warranty inspection, simply did not inspect the front half of the property at all nor the middle of it.

There are spots in my house that I walk on and feels like I am suddenly walking over an empty 2nd floor ceiling. I call for another inspection, they give me a week of wait time, then say they will arrive between 10-11 and give advance call. I call at 10:05 and they say well it's 10:05 just hang tight and they call you. Well, shit happens and I gotta use the bathroom, they call me 4 times in less than 2 mins, and move on to next appointment just like that and I was their first appointment.

It was meant to be a 15 min advance call. It was 21 min into the appointment window and the dude was coming from Richmond, TX to dang near I-10 and Beltway 8. 15 min my ass, they would have made me wait longer than their appointment window anyway. When I call back, they just get defensive. I WAS THE GUYS FIRST APPOINTMENT AND HE COULD NOT BE SHARP ON TIME, LAZY LOUSY f***S.

You try to do any business and give people an hour long window of arrival. If I do that at my business, I will have no business left. On time and people's time value means nothing to these guys.
