Shannon helped me with Hunter Douglas woven wood shades. The shades we had were in need of repair and EGWC took the time to investigate what could be done and worked with HD and me to a very satisfied ending. I was surprised that Hunter Douglas came through with replacements free of charge. I needed window treatments for my dining room which was a tricky space with several windows. Lorraine brought over several samples and spent a lot of time with me helping me pick out the perfect material. She had a great eye for color and for all the details of the job!
