I wish there was a way to give no stars. I am sooo disappointed in this company! I am in the process of buying a house and my husband called this company because they were the last ones to work on the septic system. They set up a time to do the inspection at 9 am and never showed up. We called and no one picked up all morning. I went to the office and the phones were ringing and two people were there and not one person answered the phone.
They told me that they had an emergency that morning so that was why they were not there. This was at 1130 and no one called us to tell us they weren't coming. They asked me if we still wanted them to do the inspection. They said they would be at the house by 12 they still didn't show until 1245. Do Not Use this company! They are lazy and unreliable!

The most unprofessional company around. Workers have no ethics as far as safety or astetics. They completely trashed our yard in an attempt to put in a new leach field. Used wrong materials and cut corners not to mention they were too lazy to put snow fence around holes even knowing we have dogs and children. Thoroughly disgusted with they're work they've done not to mention the jobs going on 2 months and still incomplete. I'd suggest another company.

I had them come out 3 yrs ago to cause our septic was backing up into our house. They said its because the tank was full and we needed to dig new lines to the leech field. The did the job and no more problems but they left big holes in the ground. They also put big rock next to the trench they dug out and now I have to use a weed eater instead of a regular lawnmower when i cut my grass.
I called to today (monday) to get a quote on something else and I got a recorded message saying they were out of the office. All day? I called both numbers they have listed on their website and the last time i called it said it was a non-working number. I guess they don't need my business.

Called them on Monday to make an appointment for Friday for what I deemed an emergency situation. I called to confirm Thursday and they said they couldn't come Friday, but that they would Saturday and they would "get it done". Called Friday to confirm. Saturday they were a "no show, no call". Now I'm 2 weeks with a not-working septic system. Perhaps they treat their existing customers well and have no use for new business. If you're a new customer, try someone else.
