Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness, Value They installed a well pump 1.5 years ago and are now refusing to service it or make good on the warranty even though we have no water. Management will not get on the phone, simply office staff relay messages. Horrible company. Service: Plumbing pipe repair

Very professional service! They came within a couple of days and fixed everything that needed fixing.

It's the second time I have used North Sea plumbing in an emergency situation. They are simply the best. Responsive and professional. They are a credit to the industry with fantastic customer service and results. Specifically Melissa in customer service and Steve as the tech. Service: Sewer repair

Very unprofessional and poor quality work - plumber took cigarette breaks every 20 mins despite billing me hourly, kitchen sink waste pipe was not installed correctly, left a huge pool of water in my basement, didn't clean up after work was done, installed a faulty valve that was leaking immediately and had to be replaced by another plumber the next day. When I called to discuss my experience with the service manager, he never called me back. Work was done June 2021.

VERY Dicey business practices. NS did service work on the water filter resulted in a system leak. When I called him back to check it out they charged me for a service call and blamed it on something else? Then tried to upsell me on repair. hmmm. Result : a new plumber and city water.

It use to be the best plumbing company I knew in the Hamptons. But things have changed in the past year, and it isn't looking good for NS. Al where are you?

Will NEVER use them again. Why? Their employee stole my engagement ring while he was repairing my shower. Despite calling the owner IMMEDIATELY, I was questioned.am I SURE? Yes, I was sure. I was the only one in the house, the ring(s) were next to my sink, and one was missing when he left. Yes, he left two rings there, and only took one. I knew INSTANTLY, called the owner, who kept asking me if I was absolutely sure; he'd have to fire the guy (like I care?), etc etc.

To be sure, I tore my house apart (even xrayed my DOG!), and filed a police report two days later. EVEN WORSE, they actually sent me a bill for the shower repair. Never, ever, ever will I ever call this company again, and I'm happy to relay the store to ANYONE who asks. Sure, they are expensive, but I didn't mind in the past because I found them responsive. Now? DEFINITELY not worth it. Many more reputable plumbers out there. Basically, anyone but North Sea.

Absolute great experience, fair price. I would recommend this company without a doubt.

North Sea has been our plumbing and irrigation for over 20 years. They have always been very helpful and are always there when we needed. The D'Italia family and Greg have always been able to resolve our issues and taken very good care of our home with professional and courteous service!

Stay away from this company, unless you want to be swindled and yelled at, then they are perfect! They did a job at our house, got paid, yet we couldn't use the water from the hose bib because they did not turn the water back on. Then they charged us $141 to turn it back on after they told us it would be no charge and missed the original appointment.

When I called to complain about the charge, I was yelled at by a nasty women because I was questioning the charge.ridiculous. I paid them the extra $141 because they refused to honor their promise and I don't want to ruin my credit. Not only are they expensive for mediocre work, they will try and rip you off. I normally don't write reviews like thus but after such an experience I had to warn others. BEWARE

I called North Sea Plumbing last Sunday for an emergency plumbing situation. I was told that the on-call plumber would call us shortly. After two hours without receiving a call we called again. Following this second call the on-call plumber finally phoned us and said he had two stops to make before coming to our house. After four hours with no news we called the plumber's cell phone four times with no answer.

We then called North Sea Plumbing again which apologized but had no answer as to why the plumber never showed up or even called us. We live in New York City and had to take Monday off work to address the plumbing issue since the entire Sunday was wasted waiting for a plumber to arrive who never showed up. Very disappointing.
