Great service! Discovered a Mama raccoon had taken up residence with her babies in the fireplace of my mother's empty house the day before closing! It was Sunday and Dorothy was the only real person I was able to get a hold of - I still have not heard back from any of the other places I called. She is knowledgeable, personable and understood immediately the urgency of the situation.
She had her crew out there Monday morning, they put some "eviction fluid" into the fireplace and the Mama was gone by the next day. Easy, fast and courteous. Her Operations manager who took care of us was also great. We were especially glad that we were able to get the Mama out without killing her or her babies. I would highly recommend this company for all your wildlife removal needs!
