The most important part about our visit to your home is the inspection process. There is a lot that can be wrong within a fireplace and chimney system. Some issues may be minor, but some can be dangerous. It's our job to make sure the homeowner is informed of all (if any) hazards before we leave. The National Fire Protection Association recommends annual fireplace and chimney inspections.
It's recommended your fireplace be swept once a year. Even if you have not used your fireplace during a burn season, you should still have it inspected before building the new season's first fire. There are many things that can cause fireplace performance problems. This is not an issue that can be solved over the phone or through emails.

I've been using Professional Chimney Services since 2015 when they installed my wood burning insert. Since installing the unit, I've had them out many times for annual inspection and chimney cleaning. They've always been professional and on time with their service. Today I had them out to quote putting in a proper wood burning fireplace in a new house. I was again blown away with the level of customer service and look forward to continuing using them.

Gerald was amazing, kind, and attempted very hard at repairing my fireplace. It took about three weeks to get a technician to my home. However, with COVID and the lack of people working, this is a common issue for all businesses. I did not hold the time delay against them. My only slight complaint was the cost of the assessment of $180. Holly is prompt to follow up on repair cost and updates me on ETA of my part arrivals. Also, inflation is up so the cost to past down to the consumers.
