Friendly helpful staff. They had everything we needed. I love one stop shops. Definitely will go there again and avoid the big chain stores.

Walked into the store to get pricing for some composite decking. Man at the desk wasn't exactly welcoming (guess I wasn't sure what I expected!). Told him I was new to the store but the lack of customer service was obvious. Apparently they didn't have prices or anything and everything had to be called for. If he had worded his response differently I probably would have sat down with someone but honestly I felt I was an inconvenience and turned around at that point and walked out.

Store was not busy and in this day and age knowing how businesses are suffering to allow customers to walk out the door should be addressed by management! Probably will not be though! First and last time ever in this store.

I am an over the road truck driver. I call Harvey Lumber to find out when they stop receiving. They told me that they stop receiving at 4pm. But they are open till 5pm. I told them that I would be there between 4 and 4:30. I have 20 pieces for them. (Windows) I got to Harvey Lumber at 7 minutes past 4pm. The receiving guy tried to get his boss to let him unload me.

Even though I use a hand-held computer to check the windows in. He (the head guy for receiving) told me that they didn't have their paperwork and that I would have to wait until 07:00 to get unloaded. It was ok for them to make me wait 15 hours to get unloaded. But not for them to work pass 4pm. If Harvey Lumber treats their Delivery drivers like this I bet there customer service isn't much better.

The price for the lumber was less than Home Depot, the delivery fee to out where I live was only 20 bucks which was amazing. It was supposed to be delivered tomorrow or the next day possibly but it ended up being same-day delivery! They are so awesome I can't even believe it. Very professional, awesome awesome service! It makes such a difference, and I will definitely use them again and recommend them anytime

This place was awesome as soon as I walked in I was emetiatly asked if they could help me. The guys there had great conversation and helped me everything that I needed. I'll definitely be going back and doing more business with them.

Ordered 23 2x4s for a backyard project and not only was the order delivered late but EVERY SINGLE board was warped/bowed/cracked. This is no where near my first time ordering wood so I'm well aware that some warped boards are expected but I have never seen an order with not one single usable piece of wood. DO NOT buy from this company unless you are there standing over them when your wood is being selected.

It feels like they got an order from a private resident and just threw every last reject they had at my order. The fact they thought this was acceptable and I wouldn't care just because I'm not a construction company is reprehensible. If I'm not at work all of my free time is spent working in the yard so I didn't have time to babysit them on my wood selection. My mistake i suppose but I didn't think anything like this would happen. Waste of time. Waste of money. If i could give negative stars I would.

Great company to work with. Glen was an absolute pro. Delivery went off with no problems. Don't mess withthe big box stores, go to the local guys fro better service!

Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Special orders faster than Lowes or Home Depot and my delivery charge was more than fair. Its nice to see one of Columbus's oldest companies leading the way in what they do.
