My bathtub and bathroom sink drained very poorly and King's came the same day to unclog both and the main stack to the city line. I was very happy, great quality service, upfront about costs, and cleaned out all the roots and build up. Water drained perfectly after the service was completed. Thank you King's! I called a few companies to look at the main sewer line that was plugged. Most could not respond for 4 days. Kings was able to be here in 2 hours. The technician showed up and was very professional, respectful, patient and most of all very pleasant to deal with. Not only did he do a thorough job he made sure it was done right. This young man should be thanked for his great attitude towards a not so pleasant task. Thank you for coming on short notice

Had Steve out to our place to change out our pressure tank and switch, and got a new softener and hot water tank at the same time because you might as well when your plumbing infrastructure is 20+ years old. Boys where nice to my wife and when they were done you didn't even know they where down there. The little boots for there feet is a nice touch. Getting a chlorine tank next because we live in West St Paul and the water isn't the best. If your looking for a good job done by professional individuals then you know you can call the guys gals at Kings. Remember the cheapest price never pays off in the end.

The customer service was fantastic. Byron came a lot quicker than expected and did a second to none job. He was phenomenal in his performance and was able to articulate (IE teach me) each step he was performing and what to watch for in the future. I had a hefty clog in my line to my septic tank and he cleared it swiftly and efficiently. I recommend this service to anyone that wakes up to a plumbing emergency.

I haven't had to deal with plumbing issues much throughout the years, actually my husband does that, but when we do, we deal with King's. Their service has been exceptional. I called this afternoon concerned about the place my daughter and young grandson are in, a nice lady, Laurie answered the phone and had the Plumbing Manager, Eric, call me back, and I didn't have to wait long.

When I informed him of my concerns, he explained how bad it could be on their health and offered to go look at the place this evening, which he did. He was so nice and you could tell he truly cared, he took time out of his schedule to go to my daughters to check it out. Thank you King's Services Eric and Laurie, thank you so much for everything, you will always have my business and if anyone asks, yours is the name I'm giving.

Derrick arrived on time and went to work immediately. Found a leak which had been eluding me for months in a matter of minutes. Had to open a wall to access plumbing and was sure to leave no mess. Explained everything thoroughly and professionally at the same time was very friendly and personable. Am a return customer and will recommend King's Services to anyone.

Great service. We just moved out to Headingley. King's Services was doing another of our neighbors for pumping out the septic tank. I asked if he can come by and take a look at ours to see if it needed to be pumped out, which it did. I then called, booked a ticket, and the same guy was able to do it within minutes of finishing his other job. Talk about great service!

And he went above-and-beyond, by cleaning things further in support by using a hose to get the tank the way it needed to be. Great price for value. Will only use King's Services moving forward, no questions asked.

We live where we still need a septic tank and field, and the tank itself is in a terrible spot (especially when we need it pumped out). It's all the way round back. It's difficult to find a company with a hose long enough and a truck with a tank big enough. (I forgot to mention we have very big tank. A 2000 gallon Tank.) Most companies get scared off.

I had a wonderful experience working with Kings for my wedding this summer. We were faced with a lot of uncertainty because of the pandemic - the team at Kings gave me confidence while booking with them, where others could not. Their service was exceptional - staff worked with me on site to make sure that toilet units could be placed in the best orientation for my event and to make sure that cleaning and other service could be done effectively.

I received an advertisement and coupon in the mail - I was unaware Kings Services also handled residential. plumbing issues. I made an appt. for a plumbing check on my kitchen and bathroom sinks. The plumber and apprentice arrived on time, quickly identified and corrected my issues. They were polite and efficient. I was very surprised at the reasonable rate. I would recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to call them again if I need a plumber.

The gentlemen that came to do our plumbing inspection at our hime were very professional and we give them 5 out 5 rating based on their service. Same day service is very difficult to find and we very much recommend anyone looking for a plumbing or septic contractor to contact King's Service! The office staff is also wonderful to deal with.
