A leaky faucet, plugged drain, running toilet, burst pipe.Aren't they all a major pain in the drain? How can any of this be nice news? Sometimes plumbing problems give you a hopeless feeling. Cousin Eddie and his duct tape tool kit?.Maybe the plumbing firm that feels so inadequate that they make fun of their competitors by using an innocent monkey? Come on.We've got a better idea.

Angi referred me to this company, submitted inquiry, recieved a confirmation # and quote of 275.00, but no one called to set up a time. I thought because I called on Friday, waited until 4:00 on Monday, and they said I was not in the system. Checked address, phone number, gave confirmation #, not in system, quoted me 490.00. So much for Skyline and Angi.

I started using Skyline around 10 years ago and rated them excellent for schedule, professionalism, etc and would have referred them to anyone. Even after I moved miles away they were able to service my home. Since they were taken over/combined with Windriver the service I enjoyed in the past no longer exists. Now you have to leave you name with one person in order than another one can call and schedule you; then one person tells you that you will be serviced "first thing", yet in actuality you sit and wait ALL DAY LONG.
If you call you have to sit and wait on hold for a ridiculous amount of time before anyone gets back to you---only to tell you your window is a 4 hour one and that somehow your appt is at the tail end of the day. They do not even bother to call (like the used to) and tell you the technician will be running late or any sort of status. Yes Skyline has gone from a full, hometown, personal service company into some big company that could care less about you. If they even bother to come today after I have sat here ALL DAY LONG I will never, ever call them again.

I have been a long time customer of Skyline septic for sixteen years and one representative in particular that handles the phone calls is Debbie Roberts and she has always been very pleasant and I am always happy to talk to her because she makes me feel at ease especially when we had all the septic issues! The company has always been amazing! Well recently we needed our plumbing looked at and last Friday, October 16, 2020 the company sent Frederick Pennamon out and he was professional, courteous, and knew exactly what he was doing to diagnose the water leak. Frederick Pennamon not only diagnosed the problem but he was a great person to talk to because I was so stressed out Thank you Skyline for being a great, dependable, and local home grown company we can depend on and you have never let us down! I will always recommend your services to everyone we come into contact with!

I had requested that Skyline come out and empty my overflowing septic tank and to install a new drain line for the tank. I was originally told the tech Timothy would be out here around noon, I waited and waited about 2:00 I decided to call the company as no one has bother calling me, turns out there was a bigger emergency than my backup problem! The lady at teh office was very nice and was apologetic and rescheduled the appointment for the next day.
Once again, I waited and waited, I then called them back yet again after he was another two hours late and was promised that I was the next stop, hours go by and around 5:30, which was about four and half hours late the tech finally shows up. No apologies, nothing, just rude as if he did not even wanna be there in the first place. Do yourself a favor and just look somewhere else, this company was bought out by a larger company that no longer cares to give even decent service, this company and Hamby Septic were both bought out by big corporations that do not care about their customers at all. I am glad it happened though because I was able to find a company that came out quick and did the job at half the price!

A rental property was having issues with the drain line. We started at the septic tank to have it emptied. I received a call from the technician, on-site, to find out they were going to charge me another $400 to dig up the tank. Keep in mind the original quote was for $325. They ended up charging $450 more to dig up the lid. They were using a mini-excavator so the work was simple and there should have been a minimal up-charge, at best.
The technician was very nice and easy to deal with, but the company policy for pricing that type of work is ridiculous. We've used Skyline a good bit in the past, even for drain field lines on another property but will NOT use them again. They have been bought out by a larger company and don't have reasonable prices any more. I felt over a barrel and taken advantage of to do the work. The company that bought Skyline has also bought Hamby's Septic, another once very good septic company. Buyer beware!

I called and got an appointment within a timely manner. I was pleased with how knowledgeable the gentleman was. I would have given 4 stars if they would have called to tell me they would be about 2 hrs late instead of me calling them. They had an emergency call at a daycare that day which I 100% understand however felt like there should have been a quick call.

I had a great experience with Skyline Plumbing. Andrew and Daniel did a great job. This was my first experience with draining a septic tank. I was nervous and unsure about a lot of things. The two of them educated me on the procedure and made me feel as ease. They displayed great customer service. The customer service representative, Debbie, was also very professional and kind. Thank you all for your great customer service.
