Jake, who provided our quote was amazing. I sincerely enjoyed talking to him, took great pride in his craft and spoke VERY highly of his work experience with Southeast Restoration. Jake took the time to explain the "science" of the situation that we are dealing with after a small leak caused our floors to cup and buckle. If I started a company I would want 10 Jakes, the world needs more people like him. Happy, professional, proud, thorough, great guy! We are still assessing our situation but should we decide to do the work, it is 100% due to the great experience that we had with Jake. Take good care of him!

Southeast Restoration did a great job after a storm. They removed a GIANT tree from our property very quickly and then replaced a fence. The fence took a little longer (totally expected in the current environment) and Bert communicated with us through each of the steps and was very transparent about the time frame. Our insurance recommended them and we are thoroughly impressed.

Everyone involved with process was professional with great communication. Work was done on time and with care for my property and input on the job standards I wanted. My needs were met and even exceeded my expectations of quality. Would highly recommend. Also, reasonable cost and very fair with estimate that didn't go up with work and more was done that quoted as they saw some issues that were not part of estimate and yet were fixed without additional cost. Incredible!

Highly recommend this company for ANY home repairs, mold and/or water mitigation and removal, etc. The technicians whom were assigned to our project had great communication (which is a huge deal regarding contractors), arrived on time, conducted themselves very professionally, were respectful of our property and were extremely careful when conducting the demo, removal and mitigation.
They cleaned up after leaving no mess and followed up to ensure everything was good to go. Very dependable, reliable, and professional company. Lastly, The project lead Mr. Jake and his associate absolutely went above and beyond during their time at our home. Not only do I appreciate there professionalism, but I also really appreciated the fact that he and his partner took the time to explain their process, conducted a thorough walk through, and assess areas outside the notable damaged areas to ensure nothing was missed. Absolutely phenomenal folks. We will certainly be using this company for all further home repairs and/or renovations.

Southeast restoration is great. We had our water heater leak and flood our garage and laundry room. Southeast was super responsive with setting up technicians to come out next day. Our whole team with Southeast Restoration has been lovely and very professional. As young homeowners, we weren't expecting to have to file an insurance claim within our first year of owning, but as the story goes our hot water heater busted and damaged our flooring. Our insurance company hired out Southeast Restoration for us, and everything from start to finish was a breeze.
We used them for every step of the process: mitigation, flooring, plumbing, plus a few upgrades we chose to do throughout the process. Everyone we came into contact with at the company was kind, easy to talk to, flexible, and extremely professional. It is hard to find people like that nowadays! Highly professional and efficient. Friendly workers who really listened to our questions and preferences. The quality of the finished project was amazing. We went from a water leak in the kitchen, to an investment in the value of our home! Now I can say I am glad we had a kitchen flood, because thanks to Southeast Restoration, we ended up with beautiful new floors and baseboards. Great work on an old house and all of its glitches. This company is fantastic! We had plumbing damage on the main and finished basement. All of the workmen showed up when they said they would. The office staff, supervisors, project manager and everyone involved in this huge project were very professional and had great communication skills. They always left my house clean and organized. They were also flexible with our schedules. I highly recommend their services!

One day I came home and all I heard was water.! Toilet in my upstairs overflowed for hours and my ceilings collapsed. After interviewing several companies I chose to work with Southeast Restoration. From the moment the estimator stepped in my home I felt a sense of comfort that I had not felt with the other companies. Clean cut professional on time with a smile and a plan to restore my home and this gave me the greatest sense of comfort.
I was assigned a project manager who outlined the time frame for repair and kept me posted and up-to-date on every aspect of the job. My Restoration took approximately six months mostly due to back orders but even then my project manager would call me with a sense of hope even when he needed to deliver bad news. I sit in my home today and I look at how beautiful it is and I remember six months ago when I was just tears.
If it was not for Southeast Restoration's professionalism encouragement and the support of my project manager even on the days that I was not such a good customer I would not be so happy here today.
