He could solve any problems that the home builder might have and then he would repair them. It was easy to schedule an appointment and receive an estimate. Excellent communication! We were contacted by the office and had to cancel because of illness. Sean is gone, but a second man came out the next day and was just as amazing. He was able take down a large fence in half of the time it took. They will be our next call for home improvements.
