I just tried calling this company. First time, someone on a cell phone picked up and hung up before I said anything. Second time, they answered with a 'hello'. I had to verify it was a company (usually a company answers their phone by saying the company name). The guy was somewhat rude, told me to email him. Honestly?! Not going to happen! If you can't talk, let it go into voicemail.
