He has been really professional, friendly and really listens, discusses, explains and has treated my pest issue, which I have never encountered until now. Jeremiah came today to complete our pest maintenance. He was friendly and asked proper questions to ensure I received the best course of treatment action. He was very helpful and efficient. Adam is fantastic! He's so polite and professional. He always calls before he comes and even accommodated my busy work schedule when I asked him to adjust the appointment time. He does such a thorough job and has completely taken care of the issues we were having! I love that they offer free drop in treatments if you notice something between scheduled visits- such great service and definitely worth the cost! I also love that they use child and pet safe products. All around great service and quality!

I am extremely pleased with the services provided by Fox Pest Control. Juan is an asset to this company, he is passionate about his profession and has done an incredibly thorough job every time he has visited my home. I was very distressed by a rat situation in my house and Juan came to the rescue. He made sure to do whatever was needed to get rid of the rat and to prevent any such incidences in the future.

We've been using Fox pest for a few years now and highly recommend. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. In both houses we've owned/use them, they've been able to manage our pest issues. Juvenal has been consistently coming to our house to help our spider and mouse issue and we have seen a significant decrease in both since he came. He is so friendly and clearly remembers our family and makes sure to engage with my toddler about his latest interests and is just a really nice guy overall.

One specific thing I wanted to mention that really shows Juvenal/Fox's wonderful customer service. We had an increase in mice right before I was about to have a baby and I was freaking out- he rearranged his schedule to make sure he could take care of the problem before my parents came to stay/we had the new baby, and effectively managed the increase. He really goes above and beyond!

This company is very very professional. I interviewed with Tommy one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. Very knowledgeable about pest control and very personable. Would have been nice to work under his leadership. However things did not work out but I would strongly recommend applying to this company if you are interested in working in a fun, knowledgeable, and helpful company.

Juan is super friendly, very positive and extremely helpful! He was training Lyon today and was very informative! What a great trainer! And Lyon was helpful and friendly as well, only a few days under his belt but he will definitely be a great addition to the Fox Pest Control team! I am so pleased with services! As always Juan the technician was friendly and provided great tips on how to keep stink bugs away. He really knows his bugs! This time he had Lyon a technician in training. I found it very interesting how he took the time to explain why he was treating the areas. I am very happy with the service I have received and would highly recommend Fox Pest Control.

We had issues with lots of yellow jackets in our yard and were worried about them stinging us anytime we were outside. We called Fox Pest Control on Wednesday and had a wonderful technician, Gregg, at our home to treat the yellow jackets on Friday morning! From the first call with Calder, we were able to get a clear plan to not only remediate the yellow jackets now, but over the next year, along with other pests like ticks, fleas and spiders. Gregg, our tech, called 30 minutes before to let us know he was en route -- right within the 2-hour window provided too -- and went right to work doing the treatment, cleaning up spider webs and debris.

He was fast, efficient, professional and very knowledgeable. Also, as it's a pandemic, it was so nice to see a tech arrive with a mask worn properly and giving six feet of space without me asking, something I greatly appreciated for safety and showed great respect/professionalism. The pricing, quality and care given to our family was remarkable, I will be using Fox for any future needs and I cannot recommend them more highly!

I have used Fox pest control quarterly services for a number of years. Their services are fine, however, they do not engender a strong customer loyalty. That opinion change somewhat today when I met Juan S. Juan is an great asset to Fox Pest Control. Juan is what every employer desires in an employee. Juan is knowledgeable, passionate about pest control and loyal to Fox.

He also has great customer service skills. He asks questions, listens and proposes solutions. He explains things very well. When we discussed technician continuity, he honestly said that he may not be the technician next time because his goal is to be more of a supervisor. That being said, Juan said if they were any issues in the future that he could still be called upon because his goal was to train technicians Who did a good job and took pride in their work. We will see what happens in future services and will update this review. Today, however, my experience with Fox was extremely favorable because of my interaction with Juan.
