Paramount Fence

We had our fence for 8yrs. Had to replace a few posts because they started to pop up making large gaps under the fence to where my dog and the neighbors dog can fit their heads through. I asked the sales man about the utilities box that was close to the fence and knew our data line was very close. I work from home so internet is crucial for me to work.

He said they would dig carefully. I still asked for utilities to be marked even though he said it wouldn't be necessary. They were clearly marked and measured accurate bc I knew where the internet line was buried. Day of I explained to repair people of the urgency to go around internet line. He casually said they'd do their best. Within 3 minutes of digging, they cut my data and internet line.

Didn't come to the door to tell me. I knew since all services were out. I ran out and he acted like it wasn't a big deal. I asked why they were even digging ON TOP of where they marked where the utilities were (literally dug on the red and yellow paint marks). He said he had to in order to get the job done. Supervisor was not helpful and said utility markings aren't accurate at times.

Hard when they dug right on the marking and literally within minutes cut it. I lost 2 days of work and pay, had to reschedule our fathers day BBQ so internet and TV services can be restored during that timeframe (only and earliest available) and didn't have TV or internet for 3 full days. I paid alot for this repair (hundreds of dollars) and wish I never did it and Paramount was not nice about it at all. They said they would be in the repair ticket with my utility company. They didn't, good thing I called and checked 5 hrs after the mishap bc they did not put it the request.

I cannot say enough about Paramount Fence Company! From the beginning all the way to the end this company was professional, helpful and courteous. My salesman Daniel was so responsive and thorough. He was on the phone with me talking me through every single option and every single question I had. He brought samples and explained the differences of products and was a very honest person. Mike the installation manager was awesome as well!

He was in constant contact and kept me up to date on the progress of the project. From there the company was amazing. The team came out and got the very large job done in 2 days! They involved me and asked for my opinion on various parts throughout the process. Despite some inappropriate neighbors they remained calm and professional. I am absolutely in love with my new fence! Unfortunately, a neighbor hired someone to make repairs to their fence and this person (not paramount fence) drilled a wooden fence into my vinyl fence without permission.

When I found out and contacted Paramount to see what i needed to do, they were completely understanding and quickly fixed the problem at no cost to me. I am so grateful I went with this company, and HIGHLY recommend them!

Paramount removed our existing fence and installed a new cedar fence in our back yard. The salesman, Chris, and the production crew chief, Gabriel, were a pleasure to work with. The work was done efficiently and on time. They worked well with the Elk Grove inspector to resolve some pre-existing conditions that complicated the installation. My wife and I are very happy customers.

Paramount Fence replaced a section of our fence in 2020 and we had them back today to quote another section since they did a great job. our last project was great from sales to installation with zero issues with price, materials or installation. They have many options available from PVC to wood and they walk you through the pros and cons of all materials.

We really liked our old salesman who has since moved on but Chris was at our house today and it seems like Paramount is either very good at hiring, training or maybe both. If you need a new fence, don't waste your time elsewhere. 5 stars does not seem like enough to be honest.

We used Paramount to put up a fence for our backyard. They gave us a competitive quote. Tommy was helpful in answering all of our questions and getting pricing information for all the options we discussed. The installation team was prompt, professional and completed the project in one day. The fence looks great. I do wish they provided the option of staining the fence, but it obviously was not a dealbreaker as we hired them to do the job.

Paramount just finished our cedar fence yesterday and we are extremely pleased! Our salesman Tommy in the beginning was great and super informative, & when we called back to finalize everything, found out he was no longer with Paramount and we were now dealing with Arturo. He came out to finalize the project and he was amazing. Told us everything to expect throughout the process and answered all of my questions.

The crew got here around 8AM yesterday and worked until 4PM and finished the entire thing! They cleaned the yard up great, were super respectful of our property, and even cleaned up the street where the trucks were parked before leaving. I would recommend Paramount to anyone! From start to finish, Paramount Fence was a joy to work with. Tommy was my salesman and he did an amazing job of explaining all the types of fencing, prices, and suggested a layout for my yard. I signed the contract in late November and was told install would occur around end of January, weather permitting. Julio and his crew came out January 18, dug all the holes, and installed the fence on the 19th.

The fence looks amazing and the yard looked immaculate. Julio and his crew had all the dirt leveled out around the holes and everything was put away neatly. I was very impressed with the professionalism of everyone involved and would highly recommend Paramount Fence.

We were extremely satisfied with the product. The price was very reasonable, and we checked all around. The service was fantastic, they worked on our time line. They removed our old fence and replaced it with a vinyl fence that matched a neighbors fence on one side. They cleaned up the area and covered all the old holes, making our yard look perfect again. Paramount is a first class fence company serving the suburbs of Chicago. After calling around to a number of fence companies, I understood that the fence my wife and I were in the market for was not going to be particularly cheap. Given the supply chain issues as a result of Covid, we were pleasantly surprised that Paramount came in within budget.

What ultimately sold us on Paramount was that our salesperson, Omar, was extremely knowledgeable, consultative, and communicated with us throughout the process. We are glad that we went with Paramount and had the pleasure to work with Omar. You won't find a better fence provider or a better sales representative in the area.

Overall a great experience. Sales guy (marcos) was outstanding and very informative the build team was fast and very professional. Are fence was installed later than the estimated time frame but that had everything to do with supply chain issues and was out of paramount hands. The only slight issue I had was when I called the first time after estimated time had passed they kind of acted bothered by me calling about a update. So overall great material excellent sales team and a great build team. Communication was kind of a fail from the inside.

I tried to use this business but they just told me about their 750$ labor minimum before they even knew what I needed and no one is going to pay 750$ for 300$ worth of labor.as unamerican as you get and also qualifies as stealing. I was then told that I couldn't get my fence repaired until Feb or March. I'm sorry but my experience is that this company is useless and expensive.

I hired Paramount because they do a few things the other fence companies were not offering like hauling away the extra dirt and they filled in holes and removed the old concrete from an old existing fence. I recommend them the work was very professional only thing I didn't like was one slat wasn't spaced the same as the others. Price was less also than the competition.

We could not be happier with our fence from Paramount Fence! They were upfront and honest about their quote and kept us apprised of the entire process. They also managed to put the fence up in 1 day, and our yard is not small. The work they did was exceptional, and they took care to match the grading of our yard carefully and even went the extra mile to fill in spaces underneath the fence due to our uneven ground. Our neighbors hired Paramount to install a privacy fence along their deck, which backs up to the side of our property. I can't speak to the fence quality or pricing, but the fence installers completely trashed our landscaping, killing many of our plants by trampling them, breaking them, or seemingly ripping them out of the ground. We were not home to give permission to be on our property, so they shouldn't have even been in our landscaping at all, but we have them on our security camera parking in our driveway, leaving their trailer in the driveway, and destroying our plants. The installers showed a complete lack of respect for other people's property.

We got our fence put in last Wednesday by Paramount and they did a tremendous job. Not only is the fence beautiful, but the crew that worked on it was amazing. They were so respectful of the property and one worker actually "whistled as he worked" all day long. They installed it in just one day, and I'm telling you, these guys were artists (especially the worker who free-hand cut the scallop in the top of the fence). They cleaned up thoroughly after they were done and my yard was spotless. I would TOTALLY recommend this company to anybody who needs a fence!

Our fence installation was just completed three hours ago, and I simply couldn't wait to get online and sing the praises of Paramount's work! They worked hard to get the fence completed, and their work is absolutely flawless and beautiful. We just keep going outside to look at it, and we are indescribably happy. Hands down, Paramount Fence is the best fence company around! They are honest, meticulous professionals that are worth the wait! I did my homework and had a total of 6 different companies provide me estimates. Paramount was one of two that was mistake free. However, Paramount was the only one that treated me like our business really mattered to them. Marcos took the time to explain every step of the way and he offered suggestions we had not thought of. Additionally, he followed up on every question we had in a timely manner.

When the big day arrived the installation team blew us away with their service and skill. Where to start. 1st, they severed the electrical line to my garage and refused to pay for the repairs 2nd, during the estimate/pre work walk through I showed the salesman the latch we had on the current gate and "anything but this style" and of fucking course I got the same latch I had, 3rd, they didn't bring post caps for the gate, here we are 3 weeks later and still no fence caps, 4th, they refuse to fix any of the issues(including the latch). Absolutely do not hire these asshats

We had Paramount install a black aluminum fence in our backyard. Omar, our sales guy was fantastic! He explained everything and went thorough our different options in materials and styles. Supplies are backed up right now because of covid, and they were able to get it done a little earlier then the original time frame. The install guys were efficient, quick and did a great, high quality job! They were working in 15 degree weather! We highly recommend Paramount!

After waiting days to hear back from other companies, Paramount was prompt and courteous and installed our fence with in a few weeks. I'm very happy with the result.

Top of the line company. Pros-from the get-go. Daniel the estimator adjusted to our timeline of purchasing our home and when we needed the fence installed. He handled all the details with the city and HOA. The crew was very polite and professional. They built both a wooden privacy and metal fence using top quality materials and completed over 200 LFt in one day.

Their price was on point to our budget compared to other quotes we received. Several companies in the are never returned calls or quotes. Would highly recommend for your fence project.

Received a bid from Marcos of Paramount fence and then called later to add some additional fencing on the other side of the yard. Marcos never called back (it's been over a month), so I am getting bids from other fencing firms. Do not trust these people, do not wait for them to respond to a phone call or show up for an appointment, just move on to another company that has some concept of customer service.

The installation was great. The installers did a fine job it looks wonderful. I've had it for almost a year now. My problem is with the quality of materials they use. The fence cannot get any weaker. You touch it or lean on it it bends and flexes. My dog decided to even chew on it it was so soft when I was talking to a neighbor on the other side of the fence. I thought she might've been able to chew right through it. I should've went with another company selling stronger fences.

We worked with a Marcos @ Paramount fence and everything turned out great. Marcos was very professional and on time and thorough. It was his idea to have no contact since the Covid19 had begun, so I was glad to see that. But the quote was just under the other we had gotten. And we worked out a few details and the job was done on-time and just as we requested.

The two gentleman who came out were very efficient and cane to us at the end to see if we had any questions or concerns. Our yard has quite an irregular slope in a few places, so it was Impossible for a fence to stay a perfect 1 inch everywhere from the ground so they shored up the ground in the couple spots that had a larger gap. Our dog is now free to run without a chain restraining her. Great job guys. Thanks.

Paramount did a nice job for us. Needed back wooden privacy fence replaced. Got a pretty quick quote, price was competitive and most importantly they offered me the exact product I wanted which was steel posts (vs wood). Crew was timely, courteous, and could tell they knew what they were doing.

The quote was competitive but what separated them from the others was knowledge and experience. Mauricio instilled confidence and had insights into how to better utilize my property line for the new fence. The crew worked from 7am until that thing was done and it's no small yard either! What an amazing crew, couldn't be happier and would highly recommend this company. Also, communication is wonderful. They always called right back and were very accommodating when we had to reschedule. Very happy with the service and our new fence!

Two branches fell on our fence during an ice storm. It busted our fence in two places. They quoted us $1,200 to replace two panels and a post. This is after we spent a lot of money with them only several years ago. With a few phone calls, we found several other companies willing to help us out for much cheaper. Not cool. Where is the customer loyalty? $1,200 bucks? C'mon.

Really no complaints. It seems like no matter what kind of contractor you have doing work on your home, there is always something that goes wrong. Not the case with these guys! I really have no complaints. Make sure you get a couple different quotes to keep everyone honest but I can't complain about what we ended up paying and the quality of work they did. Prompt with telephone calls, quoting and follow up. All of the guys cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave a mess.

Paid for fence in full and was told they would order the material without the permit since we are in a time crunch for the fence due to going out of town, was told 2-3 weeks for install. called multiple times to inquire about the install date, during the third week I called Paramount to inquire about the fence install date and was told the material was just being shipped to them tonight!

Nobody prior told us the material wasn't even shipped. They had no further information to provide me. they tell you they will call the evening prior to the fence being installed. not a happy customer. let's hope the fence install is painless
