Established in 1988 by Mike Staffileno, Chagrin River Company started out as a boutique high-end kitchen and bath design-build remodeling firm. Initially, we worked primarily in upper-income Cleveland-area communities like Shaker Heights, Highland Heights, Gates Mills, Pepper Pike, and Hunting Valley.

Mike Staffileno, has developed an excellent team of professionals - from our first meeting with Mike and his daughter Emmy to the day of spec walkthrough, my husband and I could not have been more satisfied. The new design has worked out perfectly! My new pantry, cupboards, backsplash, and sink are fantastic and make working in the kitchen so much easier. Chagrin River's team is outstanding, on site management was consistent, the coordination of the subcontractors was flawless.
