Joe Koch Construction was founded in 1984 specializing in rough framing and finished carpentry. Four years later Joe Koch purchased STANJIM Homes, a well-known and successful local construction company. Joe Koch Construction and STANJIM Homes has since become one of the largest, most innovative residential builders in the Mahoning Valley.

Joe Koch Construction just took out acres of woods, including almost all of the trees in my backyard. It is an ABSOLUTE travesty what he just did. With the current economic climate, these lots will sit idle for years, which makes this even more of a disgrace. Also, how is this an essential business? Please do not build a house with this greedy company.
