We bought a Caldera spa there on Saturday. Could not be any happier with the experience! Leann was our salesperson. She is very knowledgeable and professional, not pushy at all. She doesn't have to be because she knows her products. Explains the different features and works with you to fit your needs and budget. I have been in sales for 32 years, I appreciate a good sales consultant. Highly recommend this business, family owned and local. Very competitive with the big box stores (less in our case). Don't buy until you look there!

We could not be happier with our decision to purchase our hot tub here! The entire staff has been beyond helpful and nice through all our dealings. Extremely helpful in assisting us to select the right hot tub. The delivery staff was on time and very nice. Always helpful when testing water or calling with a question. Highly recommend!

Seven Seas Pools has been amazing from day one. They installed my pool over seven years ago and are my only pool service provider. Their customer service is top notch and their staff is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They are prompt and go above and beyond to answer your questions or concerns. Seven Seas is by far the best pool company in Western PA. We have been working with them for over 7 years now. Their staff is always professional and the products sold at Seven Seas by far exceed any local competitor. I live in a neighborhood where all the houses have pools and I are first hand the issues they have with other pool companies. Many have switched to Seven Seas after seeing how the quality of service I receive. If you are getting a new pool or looking for service, Seven Seas is the only option on my opinion.

From ordering our new Bullfrog Spa, to installation, to testing water samples and answering questions. LeAnn & Theresa gave us the best experience ever! John & Josh have been wonderful when it comes to testing our water and adjusting chemicals.

They even answer their phones after hours to answer our questions. The two guys who installed our spa was there on time and got the job done perfectly. Product: Swim Spa Simply Put: They are the best! We are EXTREMELY pleased with both the final product and the process of buying and installing our Swim Spa. During these nationwide delays and Covid related shipping issues, Ron kept us informed and kept pushing to get our unit made. If you are looking for someone who will fight for the customer and who truly cares about your needs, they are the place to get your next pool or spa.

We continue to use them to test our water weekly (for free) and buy chemicals because they are both friendly and excellently priced! We HIGHLY recommend them based on our experience.

Best home improvement ever. We put in the hot tub right before a full first floor home renovation. Perfect end to a long workday! Also, strong recommend to go back and get your water checked regularly. It's a free education.;-

I met the awesome people at Seven Seas after I purchased a hot tub from a competitor. I Will not bore you with long drawn out details of what a bad experience I've had from the people I did buy the hot tub from, but if you are reading this review considering someone to buy from, trust me when I tell you that not all dealers are the same. Of course every dealer is going to tell you that their spa's are the best and how their staff is the most knowledgeable, yada, yada, yada.

Even if a competitor will cut their price to assure you'll buy from them, your making a mistake. John and the folks at Seven Seas are legitimately the ONLY Honest, Fair, Knowledgeable and genuinely Friendly people to make your purchase from. Especially because a hot tub purchase is something that is supposed to bring joy, not misery and frustration on the phone for weeks after the purchase.

The whole experience with Seven Seas Pools and Spas has been fantastic. The staff is very knowledgeable about the various models. Further, we were able to wet test a couple of models before making a decision. After purchasing our Hot Springs Envoy Spa, the delivery went smoothly - in January to boot! Since then, my husband and I have regularly visited to have our spa water tested onsite. Their testing equipment and accompanying insight have also been helpful for us to have best user experience. We highly recommend the Envoy and Seven Seas Pools and Spas.

Nick and Noah from Seven Seas were the absolute best! I am a 1st time pool owner and they were beyond helpful and knowledgeable with explaining my set up! I would recommend them and Seven Seas to anyone for any and all pool services!

Talked with many other companies and friends and, hands down, Seven Seas are the nicest people to deal with. My Hot Springs tub is excellent! The company has excellent customer service, and they know their products! John, Leanne, and Theresa are super friendly and helpful!

We love our Bullfrog hot tub! The delivery and set up went great and the service after the sale has been just as good. We were blown away by the special gift in the mail as well. From start to finish our experience has been extraordinary!

If I could give 0 stars, that would be my rating. We have had our hot tub for just over 13 months. Purchased from 7 Seas because of the great reviews and what seemed to be knowledge of the sales team on the salt water spa. It has been an absolute headache, spending money on chemicals, refills and unanswered questions as to why it doesn't work correctly.

I've read comments here about the responsiveness of the owner and I wish I could share the same sentiment. We have tried for several months to simply have him place a phone call to us. Maybe they do great service with pools, but I can't say I've experienced any level of that service or concern for my issues.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. We installed our pool with Seven Seas after having installed one at a prior home in Cranberry with another company. It was like a dream with Seven Seas. Dan was forthright with the costs, and he coordinated the entire process. The other company lied to us about the prices (to make them seem lower) and we had to call all the contractors ourselves! (It took 6 weeks with the other company, and with Seven Seas we had a pool filling with water in 3 days!) If you are getting a pool or a hot tub, Seven Seas is the place to go!

These guys are great! My husband and I were adding a deck and were going to sink a hot tub into it. The staff helped us figure out the right model to meet all of our needs as well as the logistics of putting a spa into a deck. They are always friendly and helpful and it's a pleasure whenever we stop in to get our chemicals.

We worked with Lynne to pick the perfect spa. She was phenomenal in knowing products, determining our needs and completing all paperwork for order and delivery. Highly recommend working with her. We use our Hot Springs spa daily.
