Strung us along for a month saying they were going to get us a quote and then out of the blue told us they weren't taking on any new work. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Should have just told us that from the beginning so we could have gotten someone else. Very unprofessional!

I would recommend this business in a heartbeat! From first contact, with Stuart Bollock, we knew we were in good hands. From recommendations to measurements to installation, we couldn't have been happier. Very professional and timely work, especially considering how long lead times are for materials are these days!

Unprofessional in the extreme: after failing to obtain measurements, Stuart tried to shift the blame (and the cost) to us. So disappointing after our previous good experience with Bullocks.

Not sure what their work is like. However, when you have to call multiple times to get an estimate after measurements and then have to call multiple times again after that to set up possible install times and terms. Their customer service and attention to potential customers is pathetic and that's being kind. It's mind blowing to have potential customers working harder for your BUSINESS than you're willing to work.

Had a great experience - they came to the rescue when another contractor backed out of installing our purchased quartz countertops. Easy to work with, quick to get us on the schedule and the results are fantastic.

Bollock's installed Corian counters in kitchen, bathroom, and computer room users ago and did a great job. Ne seams are visible and the sinks are part of the countertop. They did a great job.

I bought some large, used commercial Corian countertops cheap from a thrift store, and Bollock did an excellent job re-cutting them per my measurements to fit a laundry room. They really turned out great, and Bollock did the cuts and polishing for a reasonable price. They told me they would give me a good price to install when I was ready to do so.

A year passes and I am finally ready to install the counters and back splashes. I have Bollock come to my home to give me an estimate for installation, expecting a competitive bid. After scanning the room with one of their laser tools, they tell me I measured wrong and it will cost me $2,000 for them to trim the counters and install. Ha! I was expecting it to be in the low hundreds.

My husband and I went ahead and installed the tops ourselves for the cost of a few under-counter clamps and some glue (less than $20). and they fit perfectly. PERFECTLY. My husband is a renovator and they would have gotten a lot more of our business if not for their crazy bid on the install. We figured they just did not want to do the job.

We had them replace our countertops and they did an awesome job. The whole staff was helpful, friendly, and professional. We couldn't be happier.

Experts in their field. Great selection and service. Have used them several times.

They did a wonderful job, from helping with material selection, to measurement, to install and cleanup. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Extremely condescending. I chose this location because my contractor recommended them, however I will not be working with them. I went in and asked for white granite or quartz and the manager showed me one small sample of a white quartz and said that was it. I was not shown anything else expect for three photos of granite which were printed in black and white so I couldn't even see what they looked like.

He continued to talk to his coworkers instead of assisting me. After showing myself around, I asked for the price per square foot for 3 other pieces which he claimed he couldn't give me the price per square foot for any of them without the dimensions of my kitchen. Which makes absolutely no sense. He continued to be unhelpful and I left with no information.

I had a sales representative who helped me choose my butcher block for my kitchen island. She spent a lot of time with me helping me double-check measurements and asking questions of the wood company. I was very happy with the results! Definitely recommend this company.

The 2 guys that put in our Corian counters done an amazing job. Very precise and professional. Thank you Joe and Hispanic guy. Sorry we really forgot his name but he done a fantastic job. You both are super nice fellows and very good workers. Thank you from Bill and Cathy Harness
