Jeffrey's was sent by insurance company to take care of flood damage/moisture from broken pipe.impacted entire house. Decided to have them do reconstruction and some additional items I paid extra for. Over 1.5 years later, I finally had to file against their license to get repairs done. Kitchen cabinets chipped within 6 months, replace four tiles chipped when removing baseboards (they "painted" chips instead), fix door that they damaged (now looks worse than before), painted sidewalk bubbled twice. Obviously, I would not recommend for any kind of construction.

We are so happy with the results of our renovation project. Terry did master bathroom tile installation - he is an artist! His work ethic, the time taken to make the job perfect, and following through with everything he said he would do was appreciated! Terry also installed the cabinetry in our home, and that too was completed with perfection. Thank you Jeffrey's, and Terry in particular!

Drywall repair was done exactly when we were told. People were pleasant to work with. Price was very reasonable and workman was competent and experienced. All was good.

I had a small area of water damage repaired, but that required not only repairing that spot but also painting the room and cleaning the carpet. All the work was done so perfectly and in good time, and I found the workers themselves to be considerate, neat, and helpful. I am more than satisfied with their work.

As a result of the home inspection done for the sale of our home, we needed to have some mold remediation. Jeffrey's went above and beyond with regard to the situation they were faced with. We were in somewhat of a time crunch and the potential buyer turned out to be a serious concern. The people at Jeffrey's, from the office staff all the way to the on site workers, and especially Joni, handled the situation we grace and patience.

Our home was unoccupied at the time the work was performed and the buyer would show up unannounced and harass the workers and would stop in their office and make demands to the staff. Jeffrey's manged to complete the work in the time allotted, get the reports to us so we could make settlement and, after all was said and done, you would never know our home was subject to so much upheaval.

No one wants to hear they have mold in their home and mold remediation and repair is a messy job, but you would never know it to see our home now. If every I need this type of work done in my new home (but hopefully I won't!), I will definitely give Jeffrey's a call. I highly recommend them. Jeffrey's did repair work for a customer of ours. They did the drywall, installed cabinets excellent craftsmanship the homeowner said, they were punctual, and there pricing was very fair and in line with the insurance company we will be using there services again.

We had 2 bathrooms and an entryway painted. The job was completed on time and the painters did an excellent job including some minor drywall repair and matched the texture very well. I would recommend Jeffrey's to my friends.

If only Yelp had a negative star rating. How this outfit has been in business since 1977 is beyond me. In early September, I contacted my Home Warranty carrier about a plumbing leak in an upstairs bathroom. The plumber promptly repaired the leak by opening up the ceiling. Jeffrey's was then contracted to repair the drywall. The work order was issued in early September.

The repairman finally got around to patching this drywall hole today (almost two months) in a two hour job. Numerous calls and messages left on Jeffrey's business lines resulted in only a handful of call backs from a 'live' human voice! It's like these people have never heard of customer service! In Jeffrey's defense, they did schedule an appointment in mid-October that happened to fall on a date that my tenants would not be home. The reschedule took another 3+ weeks. YIKES! I will not use this firm again.

On march 24th I got out of bed at 7 AM to step on a wet carpet as the result of a broken water supply line to the toilet in the guest bathroom located at the far end of the house from the master bedroom. In looking in the yellow pages for a company to contact I found an advertisement from Jeffrey's indicating rapid 24 emergency service. In less than an hour, I had 4 individuals from Jeffery's at my Green Valley home.

When they left later that afternoon, there were 13 fans and 3 large dehumidifiers working to prevent loss to existing dry wall. I cannot be happier with the quality service provided by Jeffery's staff and assistance provided by Joni Noon, Jeffery's' President/Estimator, in recommendations for replacement carpet and tile along with some upgrading of replacing carpet with tile in the dining area.

The carpet installation and professionalism of tile installer, Terry Eagon, were of the highest quality of workmanship. Based on my experiences, it is without hesitation that I highly recommend the services provided by Jeffery's - Fire & Water Damage Restoration, Flooring, Specialty Cleaning.
