Chris did a great job on my toilet repair. He came early (which was great) and was very professional. He explained the needed repairs and quickly completed the job. Tucson Plumbing and Heating did great work on a new water heater instal today. High quality Bradford White unit. Also installed a bunch of angle valves. Both jobs are critical to your home. Very trust-worthy. I called them to get a second opinion because another company said I had a collapsed pipe. Tucson Plumbing came out and unclogged the pipe which the other company did not do and removed some roots which was the actual problem. The other company sent a quote to jackhammer through the tile floor to the pipe and repair the "collapsed" section for over $3700 without tile and drywall repair which would have cost more. Call Tucson Plumbing.

I had installed a reverse osmosis system with a salt free water softener. Gabriel Delgado was my technician. He worked for two days in the heat. He took time to explain everything and was very thorough. I feel confident that my investment in this new system will keep my appliances in good condition. We discovered a leak from a pipe in our 8 year old water conditioning system. Called Tucson Plumbing after normal business hours. They came within 2 hours and quickly repaired the leak (some rubber washers had deteriorated after 8 years). They were very professional. The after hours fee was reasonable. Highly recommended.

We had a small leak from our toilet but knew it likely needed to be replaced as it was extremely old. Tucson Plumbing was able to come out and do the job today, and we loved working with them. They also replaced a leaky spigot for free after seeing it at the front of the house. We're so appreciative of the quick and professional service.

We are so impressed and grateful for the service provided - from my initial call with Ron to the impeccable work provided by Chris. Chris was exceptional! He described the order and scope of the 4 items we needed fixed. Twice there was an opportunity to charge more and twice Ron and Chris came up with cost effective options. We needed service work done so I called Tucson Plumbing. We use them for new construction too. Brian called to let me know he was on the way. He arrived shortly after and got to work! He installed a new kitchen faucet and fixed some other issues (dirt in the water line and a constant running toilet). The new faucet looks great, and everything is in good working order. Also, the price was a lot less than I thought it was going to be. Brian was very nice and professional. Thank you!
