Cherry City Floors

I cannot say enough great things about Samantha and the team at Cherry City Interiors - they are just out of this world fantastic! We recently used their services to help with a custom home build, needing their help with flooring, paint, cabinets, tile, and countertop selections. Samantha helped us find exactly what we were looking for (despite us not quite knowing what that was) and created a beautiful home for us.

At the end of the selections, just when I thought that I was going to have to try and explain the shade of grey paint I had in mind, she stepped away and came back with the wall and trim color in her hand - like a magical mind reader. All this and she kept us under budget! I will forever recommend Cherry City for any and every home interior project - they've got you covered!

My husband & I are so grateful to Cherry City Interiors & Design! We've had a challenge with the hardwood floors installed in our new home, and Cherry City has had our back with the manufacturer the whole way. They've bird dogged it from the beginning and has always kept us up to speed with any progress. Beyond that, they're consummate professionals, friendly, & are committed to doing what's right by their clients & customers. We will (& do!) happily recommend them to those we know looking for the services they provide.

We had 4 floors installed. Tile for the kitchen and engineered wood for the bedroom, living room and halls. A father and son team, Jeff and Jacob, did all the work and it looks great. They were very accommodating so our lives were minimally effected.

Having a hard time with rating this company. Buying process was okay, but our first choice for wood flooring was no longer available and many of our backup choices were backordered or not available. This is not CCID's fault, but sales personnel should be able to provide that information before an order is taken. We had to call them to confirm that the product arrived and the installation would happen as scheduled.

Communication about who was doing the installation and what time they would arrive was not provided until the installers called the day prior. There was no follow-up after installation to see how the job went and to tell us how to care for our new floors. The installation was done well, but the dust throughout the house was awful and required us to hire cleaners to deep clean the entire top floor. If you want a company that communicates well, CCID did not fill the bill for us.

I've really enjoyed going to Cherry City Interiors. Their staff is incredibly helpful and can answer pretty much all the questions we have. They have a lot of great products with a variety of prices. I can see coming here for most of my remodel projects.

We ordered three sets of blinds, Samantha measured the windows. We had to cancel one set because Hunter Douglas was out of our color, Covid-moving on. It took about a month to get the canceled blind refunded. It took about 2 months for the blinds to arrive to be installed, Covid, moving on. The installer from CCID noticed that the valance for one of the blinds was short an inch on both ends, and told us they would let CCID know that it was wrong and we should hear from Samantha in a week.

We had to call after a couple weeks. We are four weeks after the problem was noticed and have no movement, no talk, no resolution and no one taking responsibility. I would not recommend this company to any one.

The experience with Cherry City Interiors was amazing! Both the people in the office and the crew that came to our house. I had some concerns about getting the job done and they addressed them all. The crew that came to do the job was efficient and professional and inspired confidence that they would do a good job. The job they did was excellent and better than I expected. We would definitely hire them again in the future.

My husband and I had been doing researching on luxury vinyl plank flooring. After visiting 4-5 stores, we finally settled on Cherry City Interiors & Designs because of their large display options and sheer professionalism. Kent was great to work with from the very start. After a miscommunication, he was willing and able to wait at our house for 20 minutes before I was able to arrive for our estimate.

He was able to cut us some great deals, so we were able to swing a remodel of our entire upper floor (approximately 1400 sq ft). We went with Valor Oak (luxury vinyl plank) and were very happy with our choice. It is scratch-proof and waterproof. (Perfect for small children and potential pets) The installation crew was quick and efficient. When they came across a few "snags" in the process, they were able to make recommendations and adjust accordingly. The whole project was finished within 3-4 days. Turned out beautifully! Would highly recommend Cherry City Interiors & Design.

My husband and I have been mulling over options for new flooring and countertops in our house since we purchased our house years ago. We went into Cherry City I.D. with only the hope that they would provide information to help in our arduous decision making process. Cherie was our primary contact and the expertise and options she provided to us based on many conversations on preferences and many iterations of taking home samples was immensely helpful in us making progress on moving forward with our changes.

By the time we were ready for construction, COVID was in full effect and while we were concerned this would complicate and extend the project, Jeff handled the coordination (of a project that wasn't his to begin with) flawlessly during a time with so many unknowns, minimal staff and while also keeping everyone's health and safety at the forefront. Clint was our primary contractor and he proved to us to have the "curse of competency" during the entire project, expertly installing everything, asking us questions for preferences we hadn't even thought about and even sharing with us "quirks" about our house during demolition for us to keep in mind later.

He was also so great to get to know and share baby/toddler war stories with. Over all, our experience with Cherry City I.D. was beyond our expectations and if you are struggling at all with decision making or just want someone else to "handle" your home construction project, they are the ones to go with!
