We had the most amazing experience with Artisan Home Services. We had a number of plumbing issues that we needed addressed, including repairing a leaking toilet, repairing our shower by installing new hardware, and repairing two leaking and non functional water main shut offs. I had previously contacted three other plumbers in our area who literally ghosted me and never did the work.

Then finally I was pointed in Artisan's direction and thank goodness I was! Eric and Dennis were so helpful in dealing with the city water authority when my curb stop wasn't able to be found, even sticking around when it was clear the city couldn't shut off the water that day to help me navigate what the city was doing and speak to them on my behalf as I clearly do not understand plumbing.

When the city was finally able to shut off our water at the street so repairs could be made they did an absolutely amazing job. I could not be happier with the service, their professionalism, the work that they did, just an all around wonderful experience. Everyone that I spoke and worked with, Eric, Dennis, Mike and Louis was absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend Artisan to anyone looking for plumbing services. Appreciate the immediate response Artisan provided when sump pump was constantly cycling. Joey and Dante quickly found the source of the problem and addressed it in a professional manner. They also offered recommendations to improve other potential plumbing issues.

Joey and Eric and the rest of the crew installed a water softener system in our house today - and they showed up exactly when they said they would. They were all courteous and did the entire job quickly and efficiently. They explained how to use the system and couldn't have been more helpful. It was an easy and great experience! Mike, Joey and Eric did a great job replacing some leaky very old pipes in our basement and installing a new hose bib to replace one that was very old and could not be repaired. Mike and his team were incredibly responsive when I reached out. They showed up to help in about an hour after we first spoke and really helped me out in a pinch. Mike gave me a price verbally and stuck to it, with no surprises at the time to make payment. His team was friendly and respectful. Called and spoke to Mike the owner on Thursday morning, about a leaking toilet. Mike told me that they were pretty busy and was not sure if they could help me that day, but he would do his best and if not would get to me first thing Friday. He was able to send Eric and his assistant out by 1:00 on Thursday. They were able to quickly and cleanly install a new toilet to fix the problem.

I am very Happy with the results and will use them again. This is the second time I have use them for an emergency plumbing problem and they preformed both jobs to my satisfaction.

Brett & Dante replaced plumbing valves, trap, and garbage disposer. Also encountered an older hose & boot coming from my dishwasher and successfully got it to connect to the new disposer. Appointment was scheduled within 24 hrs of my call to Artisan

Brett and Dante installed a new faucet, replaced the shutoff valves and installed new flexible hoses in our bathroom. They were both very professional and did a great job with the installation. Rob and Joey were very professional, polite and very knowledgeable. I had not used a plumber for a while so they were very patient answering all of my questions for current and future work. They also fixed my garbage disposal for no cost as there was just something stuck in the disposal, so they didn't try to charge me for an easy fix - very ethical. they both have great personalities but the most important part to me is that they were very experienced. i will definitely use them in the future and I highly recommend them. also Mike got back to me right away when I initially called and was very responsive and very professional.

He scheduled an appointment for me right away. They were awesome! UPDATE: My kitchen sink recently became very clogged so I called Artisan Services once again. They arrived right before the Thanksgiving holiday and fixed the pipes promptly. Brett and Joey were very thorough, explained the issues with the existing piping system and came up with an efficient long-term solution.

Everyone whom I have met from this company has been very professional, polite and they exhibit great teamwork. Thye are also very prompt and friendly. This is a 5 star company and I am so happy to be their customer.

Rob and Joey from Artisan did a great job replacing a leaking pipe in the basement. They came out the same day I called them, on time. Rob explained what was going on and explained my options. Water heater tank cracked and started leaking 8am on a Saturday. Artisan plumbing came out at 2pm, rerouted gas line, removed water tank, replaced with new, installed shut off valve. FInished up at 7:30 pm, 5 1/2 hours later. Made sure everything was working and we were satisfied. We were satisfied! Other reviewers mentioned Brett by name. He was the one who worked all the way through. He knows what he's doing and really enthusiastic about sharing his knowledge.

REPLACED BUSINESS KITCHEN SINK WITH INDUSTRIAL STYLE SINK! Brett and Dante were efficient and presented themselves in a professional manner. They were both here promptly and worked til the job was finished same day! Appreciated their demeanor and customer service. The old kitchen sink & pipes were a jigsaw puzzle and leaking! They left us with a new product that will last a long time.

Artisan was referred to me by a friend. Mike answered my first call and within 1 day had an in-person estimate. One day later, Joey and Rob showed up and did a fantastic installation on new sump pump and hot water heater. Friendly, communicative and respectful of my house. I'll definitely be calling them again.
