Nothing but great things to say about Wentworth Plumbing and more specifically, Shae! Shae has helped my clients a number of times with plumbing issues. He has been great to work with and their response is always amazing. Even during a recent emergency flooding situation, Shae was able to get to the house quickly and resolve the problem. I would highly recommend Wentworth Plumbing.

Vinny and Shae, were great. We had put a call into Wentworth plumbing in the morning and they were at the house within hours. They fixed our kitchen sink and tap, also Shae noticed our faucet in the bathroom needed a little adjustment too. Very conscientious and great customer service. We have used Wentworth Plumbing in the past and have always been happy with the result.

Wentworth Plumbing does good work and I am generally happy with their services - only complaint was that the plumber that came to change out our kitchen faucet cut all the lines to the old faucet without asking us. We had planned to use it on another sink in the house. When I told him that, he said I should've told him I needed it. They would be better served asking in advance before making existing faucets unusable by cutting water lines.

This clown told me 75$ for an estimate lmao and then proceeded to tell me his time was more valuable then mine don't even bother calling good company

They are also knowledgeable on septic, sump and wells. They were fast and efficient and the staff were friendly, accommodating, and professional. I highly recommend Wentworth Plumbing! I recently had Alex and Shae install new bathroom faucets in my house as well as fix a drain under the sink and also put a new shut-off on the water heater line. I was pleased with their work and how open they were and happily answered any questions I had. I will definitely be using this company for any of my future plumber needs. Have been with this company from way back in 2012. They used to send plumbing teams that were competent, with good manners. They had good customer service and response times. Over the last 2 years that has all dropped away. No more receptionist it's just the plumber answering calls, the response time is abysmal and invoicing is a mess with them losing invoices and blaming the client. Will not use again.

We are very happy with the work Wentworth Plumbing completed. They visited our home, provided a quote, and within a few weeks were at our place to complete the work which included roughing-in a new bathroom in the basement. This work included breaking out and replacing the concrete floor, and removing old cast-iron pipes and replacing with new. Overall we were very satisfied with how fair and professional Wentworth Plumbing was.

I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Wentworth Plumbing. I had initially reached out to another Hamilton company to replace my broken kitchen faucet but they were unable to schedule me in for quite a while so I called Wentworth Plumbing instead and I am really glad that I did. My call was answered promptly and professionally and the manager, Pat, gave me sound advice about the warranty on my broken faucet that saved me money.

I had no idea my faucet had a lifetime guarantee - because of Pat's advice, I was able to reach out to the faucet company and obtain a new faucet without charge. Once it arrived, Vinny and Jon Di showed up to install it. They were wonderful - very friendly and courteous and did the job efficiently. They were also willing to answer all of my questions.

Bottom line - they provided great service at a very reasonable price and it was clear that they valued my business, despite my job being only a rather small one. For any future plumbing needs, I will be calling Wentworth Plumbing. They've earned my business and my trust.
