Awful company with even worse professionalism! If I could give -10 stars, I would. My landlord hired this company (obviously to save money) to come out and fix the foundation in the basement. They were on time the very first day, but that's the only thing they've done right. They tracked and left mud all in my laundry room and bathroom, I walked in on one of the male employees sitting on our toilet, AFTER they had been gone on a 2-hour lunch and then my 4 year-old son accidentally walked in on a female employee using our bathroom!
To say that we were upset and mortified is an understatement. When they left they said they would be back the following Monday and Wednesday came along and we still never heard or saw from them so my husband called them and he said they would be out Thursday but we would not have known that unless we had called since they had already told us they would be here sooner.
If this had been me hiring a company instead of my landlord then I would have fired them after that first day no question. You get what you pay for, and saving money sometimes means you sacrifice quality and good customer service

If John winters senior runs his business like he does his rental property my advice is run the other direction he's a slumlord I've lived here for a year and a half with a teenager with no heat no working furnace do you think he's done anything about it not you know why because the person that he called that he was his go-to guy said I won't be back because he owes me a bunch of money his name is Vernon Pierce
