Atlas Siding Windows & More

At this time the customer service has been super. Still waiting for work to be done. As with most home improvement it is taking 8 - 12 weeks.

Thank you to owner Chuck, Delsi, Tony, and crew! Outstanding service in all areas. Owner is responsive and involved. The crew is top-notch, professional, and great to work with on addressing all questions, issues, and concerns. Loving our new door! Will certainly be calling in the future for all other updates to our forever home.

Approximately eleven years ago had all new windows installed at my house. Several years ago began noticing that the center piece where the grids crossed was fading yellow while the grids remanded white. While at the home show last year I spoke to a sales person about the issue and they took down my information. Was told they would call me soon about the issue.

The next week the sales person called about sitting up a time to have someone come to inspect the windows (the cynic in me did not think I would hear from them). All the problem windows were replaced at no cost to me and a year later still look great. Also, the grids are designed different than the ones I had the issue with so I should have no issue going forward (look like the custom ones they installed 11 years ago and that have had no issue).

AMAZING WORKMANSHIP AND SERVICE! We built a huge porch on the back of our house and had Atlas do all of the windows and trim. We also had Atlas do all of the siding on our house as well as overhangs. This year we replaced 15 windows with Atlas. I can not say enough good about Chuck, Atlas and his team. I am extremely picky and during the window installation the house was left in PERFECT condition.

The workers took care to wear boot protectors while inside and on carpeting and cleaned up EXTREMELY well. The products Atlas provides are extremely good quality and they have always stood by their work. I find myself LOOKING for projects to do on my house so I can have them come out and do the work. I HIGHLY recommend! Update: May 2021: We replaced front and side doors. Again, just amazing work done by the team at Atlas. Chuck was extremely patient and provided assistance in picking out the right selection of doors to need our needs.

The installation crew was the same guys that did all of our previous work. Let me say again, Their work is FLAWLESS. If you can find a flaw, please let me know because I would like to see it. (but I bet you won't). One quote from the crew when I asked them what they planned to do on the second work day. Les said, "we plan to come back and make sure everything is perfect".

It is hard to find people like this. I can't over emphasize that if you are looking for a window, door or siding company, you need to RUN to Atlas. They will not let you done. Just OUSTANDING work!

Could not help me replace a new handle on the slider door they installed. No longer carried that brand so was zero help. Got it fixed elsewhere.

These guys did an excellent job. They were on-time. The crew was very nice and professional. They did a great job cleaning up, and they addressed a couple small concerns we had very quickly. They were also not pushy at all during the sales process and gave us plenty of time to consider options (I can't say the same for other companies). The owner and sales rep even came out during the installation to make sure everything was going well.

It was a great experience. The windows we got are very high quality for the price, and even compare nicely with some that were 3x the price in another quote. I am very happy with the experience we had with Atlas. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high quality windows at a fair price.

Few years ago we had atrium door installed. We had too call them every year to come back to our house and check our door. Water came under our door and our carpeting got really wet! They would send a guy out on a motorcycle and he would put in a new threshold every time. That never fixed the problem! This past year I have called every month. I leave messages.

No one ever returns my calls. Receptionist either says they are on vacation or she will have someone call me. They never do call bk. Now they aren't even answering the phone! Bad business to deal with. I would not recommend them to anyone!

Chuck Story and the whole Atlas crew are outstanding. Wonderful product(s) and just as important, outstanding installation. Double lifetime warranty. Business established in the early 1980's. Way cheaper then eastend competitors. While offering the same "not found in box stores" high quality product. Many laborers employed by Atlas have been with Atlas for decades (20+ years.) This speaks volumes. Thanks Atlas.

Atlas does great work and stands behind their product. All of the staff are top notch and take pride in their work. I have used them for years for personal and business needs and trust whatever they do for me is going to be done right. Their follow up and customer service is phenomenal.

I would not recommend doing business with Atlas. If you do decide to use them make sure you read the back of the contract. They can back out of the job at any time. They kept my deposit for nearly 6 months and then decided they were not going to make enough of a profit on the job and cancelled. Be aware a contract means very little to this company.

We had a great experience with Atlas. The man who came for our estimate was super kind and knowledgeable. He was able to reduce the price without the rub around. We had checked with other companies and were encouraged to look into Atlas as well. I feel we got an amazing deal on the quality of Windows we purchased and had installed. Our home looks so much nicer and updated just with new windows.

The gentleman who installed our windows were appropriate, professional and kind. I was super pregnant and felt they did a great job of cleaning up after themselves and installation was great! So pleased! (My only very small complaint would be the time we waited. However it was the busy season, it had rained and they had some changes in staffing. They sent us a letter indicating it was taking extra time, but for quality service it wait was worth it.

We did call to remind them we were expecting a child soon and couldn't wait much longer. They were great about getting with us as soon as they had a cancellation or day available!)

My home consultation and estimate process was very professional. I started the process in October, waited for custom work in crafting my doors, and coordinated installation with other work on my home. I am so very pleased with the final product. The wait to have installation was well worth it and reflects how busy this company is, due to the quality of their work.

I would without reservation recommend Atlas. Steve was a pleasure to deal with and he advised me on my project choices expertly and with such courtesy. His communication was excellent and very professional. Know why this company has been in business as long as they have, and understand that you may get quicker service elsewhere, but you may not get the quality you desire ultimately.

Please read this if you don't want to incur thousands of dollars in repairs due to an incompetent install job. This company does a great job from a sales pitch perspective but when it comes to actually doing the work they have major issues in their install process. They do not believe it is necessary to wrap and seal your windows which will cause an enormous amount of damage over time.

We gave them the opportunity to fix the problem and they frankly refused unless we fronted the entire bill, despite the warranty. There are a ton of reputable window companies out there that do the install at the standard level or above in this company is not one of those. Unfortunately, we now know we are the only ones that have this experience with Atlas windows.

Pleasant experience all around. The two installers were professional and efficient. The final product was amazing. The exterior flashing they install with their windows looks great. I had no problems with scheduling or the pricing.
