Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness They said they would come take a look and give me a quote. Im not sure if they came or not but 3 days later they haven't contacted me and aren't answering their phones. I've left 2 messages with no response. If you agree agree do something then you should follow through

I have used Consolidated Fence several times during the past 15 years. For this reason, I felt comfortable contacting them, after Hurricane Sally, to repair my mother's fence. After leaving two voicemails, a month or so apart, I finally decided to give Consolidated Fence one more opportunity. Much to my surprise, the manager of Consolidated Fence answered my telephone call.

We had a very nice conversation. Before the call ended, the manager of Consolidated Fence assured me that someone from his company would be out to my mother's house Dec.1st or 2nd. Regrettably, Consolidated Fence did not show up as agreed. Again, mindful that Consolidated Fence is exceptionally busy with hurricane repairs from Sally, I left them another voicemail. Now, nearly five days later, still no return call. In my opinion, this is a poorly run organization. Furthermore, I believe it's leadership lacks competence and trustworthiness.

I had a fence gate issue so I gave Consolidated Fence a call. Very professional, they showed up on time, did a great job of replacing my fence gate and the quote was accurate.

I had Consolidated Fence rebuild a gate for me that was falling apart, what an amazing job. They arrived on time, and was very professional. I will use them again in the future!

Great Job. The installation perfect the crew that did the install were great fast and spot on. I definitely would recommend this company to do any fence work.

After reading positive reviews in a Facebook group, I decided to contact them. I left at least two messages on an answering machine and I also spoke to an employee twice and asked that the manager or someone contact me for a quote. All these messages were done during the month of July. None of the messages were ever returned. I have no idea why they did not call me back.

Top notch fence company. Knows the business and works very hard with his customers to deliver a quality fence. Consolidated Fence is professional company --- not a truck with some hammers and wood. They are insured and will make sure the job is done right!
