I've always been a prebuy customer. After a number of years with a different Portland company, I checked out Atlantic Heating from an advertisement in a local newspaper. Atlantic was hundreds of dollars less than the other company. I signed prebuy agreement with Atlantic and sent the other company a termination letter and very glad I did. I get great service from Atlantic and I recommend you give them a try! BTW.the other company called to say they'd reduce their price to compete with Atlantic. I said no thanks, I've already changed.

The folks at Atlantic Heating have always been nice and friendly. A few weeks ago I forgot to put out payment when I had ordered and oil and they didn't deliver it. I didn't notice that it hadn't been delivered until the tank was almost empty. When I called again, they came right out that morning and filled up the tank so that I didn't have to run out of it and pay extra fees to deal with that. I was really grateful to them for responding so quickly.

I am a new customer to Atlantic Heating Company, my first delivery was today! They showed up on the day they said they would, even though we are in a storm, and they found my house, which can be a challenge! The driver was very nice. I switched to them because they were 40 cents less than the company I used to use, and I am going to stay with Atlantic Heating because they seem very fair and have great customer service!

I've been with Atlantic heating for almost 9 years now. I called last week mind you it was the coldest day of the season. I woke up Tuesday morning 7:30 with no heat, I called Atlantic heating after the lady got me to calm down I explained to her that I had two small children. Atlantic Heating had someone at my door step within 15 minutes. I asked the technician how much it was going to cost halfway through the service because I had to leave for work, he turned around and said no charge. I almost burst into tears I'm so thankful and I will never go to another heating company, thank you so much!

A few years ago we ran out of oil on Christmas Eve! I called my regular company and they said they couldn't come so I started calling other companies. The few I called either didn't answer or couldn't come and one said they would come but they wanted a pretty big service fee! Finally Atlantic listened to my story of being so busy with the holidays and forgetting to order oil and they said they would come!
I have been with them ever since.no one else will ever get my business after that kind of caring from a company. Now my kids are grown up and they are using Atlantic for their homes.so I thought I should finally write a review. They are hands down some of the best customer service I have ever experienced with any company!

I've had 10 years of oil deliveries that always come the day after I call. Today they showed up and my driveway was blocked so they couldn't deliver. After a phone call with their main office and some concerns on my end that the rest of the week might be an issue with a blocked driveway, they had their driver come by within 20 minutes. They also fixed a faulty controller on my boiler and even though it took a few tries, they got everything running excellent without charging me a dime more than it cost.

I had an exceptional experience with this company. The oil delivery itself was nothing unusual, they showed up, filled the tank, and I paid. Their service technician however was another story. The man's name was Scott and he was incredibly skilled, professional, and friendly. I asked him if he minded if I watched him work, because obviously furnaces break from time to time and there might be an emergency at some point where I needed to work on it.
He invited me over to pull up a stool and explained what he was doing and why every single step of the way. He was absolutely fantastic, explaining everything and doing so didn't slow him down a bit. You can tell the measure of a tradesman by their efficiency, economy of motion, organization, etc. He didn't grab the wrong socket a single time on the entire furnace.
He knew what every size was, he could grab the correct tool out of his box without even looking. He also laid down oil pads to prevent drips on the floor, cleaned everything up, and just did a fantastic job all around. I'm definitely going to request him specifically next time I need my furnace serviced. Great guy. You just don't see tradesmen like him very often anymore.

Ken came to check out our A/C as part of routine maintenance. He found some problems in our attic from the A/C and came prepared to fix it, which he did. He also checked out the whole system and made sure that everything was working properly. I mentioned the problem with our radiators that had frozen during the winter and he said he would follow up and send someone out to look at them and order replacements.
I am confident that he will do this. Overall, I was very happy with his professional and friendly manner. Of note, he cleaned up everything beautifully and left the house and A/C unit in excellent shape. We are very delighted with the service from Ken L and the others at Atlantic.
