They have great service and a quality product. I am second generation dealing with PARMER DOOR, my family used them when they were in the building business back in the 70s. Although the original owner is retired And the Business has been sold the new owner Is carrying on the tradition of fair prices, Quality products and great service. I highly recommend this company for all your garage door needs.

Great Family Business and can't say enough about the staff. I was having issues with my garage door and called and spoke to Scott on the phone and he was super helpful and sent Mike over to fix it. Mike was amazing explained everything he had to do and fixed it right way. I even had the pleasure of meeting Bruno the dog! I would highly recommend them it was a great experience

Having an issue with one of the garage door panels. It wasn't made properly. Took pictures but haven't heard anything. My husband called and was told not to worry they wouldn't screw us and that a call was placed to the manufacturer. Not happy. they have their money but we are not updated on what's happening. Is a new panel getting made? It's been like 3 weeks.

Not happy with the communication no call from the salesman. I work in customer service and I call my customers every 7-10 days just to let them know we are still working on the issue and they haven't been forgotten.

Came out, diagnosed the problem (dead circuit board), replaced and were gone in 20 minutes. Mike was the repair guy.

We needed a new garage door at our condo. It was critical that the color match the neighboring doors. Parma matched the color with the neighbor's doors, was ver professional and fast in their installation.

First time ever calling or going through the garage door process. Parma door was definitely not the cheapest, but they were patient, professional, and put a quality product in. I had a renovation going on and they were more than accommodating to me with my schedule. My neighbors have used them as well as my business and would recommend them again.

I'm a senior and was completely "housebound" when the spring on the garage door broke resulting in not being able to open the door to get my vehicle out. I contacted Parma door and they had a technician at my house within 2 hours. The young man was courteous, polite, diagnosed the problem and fixed the door, better than it's been in a long time. Kudos to Parma door. ( And the price was reasonable for the service provided. )

No complaints here. Great customer service. After installation or new doors, opener had a glitch. All fixed. Doors look beautiful.

I called Parma doors because my garage door opener was not working. Thought maybe we needed a new one, but they were able to fix my liftmaster door opener! They didn't talk me into replacing it with a new one. Nick and Brian were wonderful! Nick was so patient listening to all my questions and concerns? He took his time explaining everything to me! Wow very knowledgeable for such a young man!

What a great worker, very respectful! Brian even cleaned grease on outside garage door from the chain! WONDERFUL, AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THESE GENTLEMAN! Very impressive because you don't find this kind of service often today! I would highly recommend Parma doors for your garage services! Oh and I almost forgot the secretary was awesome too very kind and not abrupt! You don't get this to often either! A+++ for the best customer service I have received in awhile! Called several times for a direct replacement from a panel/sectional door to a commercial rolling door. Easy $8,000+ job, these people couldn't make an appointment to save their lives. "We will call on the day of when we are 30-minutes out". Like I'm going to wait around all day for you. Get over yourselves. Used to use them for maintenance on a large commercial garage too with two large rolling doors, now I'm in control. You lost that account too. Nice job!

I had a problem motor with a hurricane shutter installed by another firm on my Rhode Island home. Parma Doors came out, wrote down the model of the motor and said I would get a quote. A week later I received an email quote for $2530. I knew the motor costs around $530 so there was $2000 in labor. I called them to discuss and never got a call back.

I continued to call ( 16 times) over 3 weeks but never received any response. I contacted Shades and Shutter Systems ( 1-800-522-1599) in Hyannis Mass. They bought a new motor and installed in in 2 weeks for $1000 less. Whats wrong with this picture?
