Too expensive to seal coat a driveway. They're not the only show in town. Look around and find companies who will do the exact same job for half the cost.

This is at least the 4th time we have had our driveways sealcoated/cracks filled and it was by far the best experience to date. From the initial contact in May, to make an appointment, to the scheduled date, the office was responsive, cordial, and easy to work with. They not only were able to sealcoat the driveway on the expected date, which in the spring is always a miracle, but they did a clean and professional job.

Previous companies have gotten tar all over our PVC fence and vinyl siding, big glops of tar sticking out of the cracks, and just not a thorough job. We have a lot of driveway on our property so it wasn't cheap but you get what you pay for, the best! I will only be using Nu Look moving forward.

Unfortunately, I can not recommend this company to anyone. We had our driveway paved in November 2017 and have been left with a crumbling mess. The end of my driveway seems to be crumbling each and every day. We will soon be left with a very large pothole. The entire driveway is soft, it never really hardened up. It's been almost a year and still scuffs very easy.

We even paid extra to have road top for extra durability. My husband has called Nu-Look several times. He finally received a call back from Fred, who was supposed to come and check out the problem. Fred never came by or called us. When you are spending this much money you expect better service.

I asked for a quote for a heavy duty driveway that could stand up to heavy trucks. What I got was a substandard job and broken promises. This asphalt never got hard. The day after it was applied, a worker with NU LOOK scarred it all up with the skid steer. David Harris came a looked at the damage and promised to do a free seal coating after it cured properly.

That was the last time he ever answered his cell. I left numerous messages with his office which he never responded to. This driveway stayed soft for years. My wife has a Kia Rio which is a tiny car. We parked it on the driveway two days after and it sunk into the asphalt a half inch. I had to make sure my pickup was moving while turning the steering wheel or it would scrub a hole every time.

I wondered why it was not getting hard so I went over to a new driveway that Dunkin Donuts put down to compare. I could sit in my truck and turn the wheel back and forth without leaving a mark. This is what I thought I spent over 10 thousand dollars for. I should have done more research. The BBB initially pulled NU LOOK's A rating when they wouldn't respond to my complaint but guess what, it goes back to a A after a year. For years after the installation, I could push my finger into the driveway on a hot summer day. Stay away from this company.

I am very happy with the quality work these guys did. The prior company didn't do the job properly and the driveway was still soft two weeks later. I am grateful for Jim who works for Lynch the manufacturer, because he picked the best guys to fix the job and we will call them in the Spring to seal coat before we list the house for sale.

Horrible service! I've been trying since 6/11/18 to get them to my place of business to have work done. When I spoke to them on the 11th they told me somebody would come out this week to look at it they never did. I called back 6/18/18 and she said that nobody ever set up a job ticket for them to come out and she would set up another one and they be here within a few days. then I called back on 6/22/18 and she stated that they would be out on Monday 6/25/18.

They came out Monday 6/25/18, measured the parking lot, but then left without discussing what exactly needed to be done. Once I realized he left, I called and stated that we needed him to come back to go over what we were looking to have done. I had to call the office 5 times before anyone answered and then when they did they stated they'd let the driver know to call me. When he called me he was so rude that he left me speechless. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

This company flat out refused to provide services for us due to a conflict with our contractor. Would not respond to any phone calls despite us offering to pay directly. Unfortunely the only people that lost were the innocent homeowner. Quite frankly it's disgusting and unprofessional to deny services due to some personal conflict with a 3rd party.

Great job paving my drive way very fast and everyone was nice and understanding!

I called nu look sealcoat for a free estimate. They were able to do the estimate the same day. I talked with Chelsea on the phone to confirm my appointment. She was very polite and professional. I came home from work today to my driveway looking brand new. Nice work guys today on one of the hottest days of the year. You have a customer for life. Nice work guys! And thanks again. I emailed to request an estimate for sealcoating my driveway on my morning train commute. By 9am, an estimator had dropped a quote in my mailbox. Scheduled service for a few days later (after the rain). Clean, neat, quick and reasonable price. Would recommend without reservation. And will return to Nu Look when the time comes again to re-do.

I had an old estimate from a year ago I called nulook back asked them if they would honor it and to my surprise they did! They showed up on time did an excellent job and were professional would definitely recommend

We have 100 foot driveway - redone this is tight install -directly between two building - grade change- & catch basin, EXCELLENT work! the old broken driveway removed and the install- perfect. They brought a lot of large equipment, great staff and job done on date as promised. I will call them again anytime we need work done! 401 232-0795
