Fair Warning to any business that is commissioned by Bridger Kitchens to do provide any good or service. My company has never had to try so hard to get paid for custom work that was completed on schedule. Be very careful when doing any work for them. We have had nothing but trouble. I would not recommend doing any sort of business with them to anyone.

Our experience with Bridger Kitchens with the exception of actually touring their very nice facility has been terrible. We purchased a 1908 La Cornue range in August 2016. This beautiful range arrived to us resting on its four sides while the legs fell in between the wood of the crate. The driver of the truck made me acknowledge that he informed me that our range had not been package appropriately for shipping.
When I brought it to our sales reps attention, instead of apologizing, she was more argumentative. When I told her I took pictures upon the ranges arrival, she quieted down a bit. A little more than a year later, I reached out to them because the range is putting off a strong natural gas order every time I turn the oven on. At the time of purchase, we were assured that there was someone in the area who could service the range; however, when I mentioned the problem, I was told to look local first.
When I wrote back insisting on a preferred service provider do to the safety issues of natural gas, I never received any communication back. So sad as we were reassured at the time of purchase that they had people to service their appliances. At this point, I contacted La Cornue direct, I was informed that they have no service technicians in the state of MT.
With that said, they are working with me. I will share that I am not alone on their service promises. A very good friend of mine also shopped at Bridger Kitchens, she was also told that they had service techs for all their appliances; however, my friend being a very smart consumer asked up front for the names of the service providers. It was at that point that Bridger Kitchens stopped communicating with her. Lucky for her, she has found a beautiful range from another dealer who can actually prove they have local service for their products. Meanwhile, I'm stuck waiting.
