Since its ineption, Scenic City prides itself on being a local, family created, owned, and operated business. Here at Scenic City, we strive to use the latest and most efficient technology. Our sevices and equipment are efficient, high performance, and up to date with current industriy standards. I cannot recommend Scenic City highly enough! They squeezed us in last minute (we were buying a home with a quick close date) when another company bailed on us. Lynn in the front office came to our rescue! John, who came to pump and inspect the septic, was SO knowledgable and professional.
Services
Scenic City Enterprises Inc. has been leading the way in wastewater management since its inception in 2002, by Mr. John Clark. We have grown from a small, single-operator septic pumping business to a full-service liquid waste management and hydro-excavation company. We continue to lead the industry with innovative equipment and by employing state of the art business practices. Customer satisfaction, safety, and environmental preservation continue to be our top priorities. We look forward to serving you in the future.
The hydro excavation truck is used to safely dig up or expose underground utilities such as gas, water, fiber optic, sewer, and power. It is much safer to use high-pressure water and a vacuum rather than an excavator around utilities so that the pipes stay safe and intact. Main services include potholing, trenching, and digging large holes for telephone poles, traffic lights, and street signs.
Our camera is driven by a six-wheel tractor that is connected to the trailer through a power line. It has a high quality, rotating camera lens on the front of the tractor. It can be used to inspect underground pipe that is no smaller than 8 in diameter. The main use for the camera is to inspect new or live sewer lines and storm drains to make sure everything is up to the correct specifications. The camera can also look for breaks in the lines, roots, rocks, and debris.
At Scenic City we offer pumping services for restaurant grease traps and commercial grease traps (interior and exterior). We handle all sizes of jobs with our variety of equipment. For indoor grease traps, we can use a small vac unit, as long as the trap is accessible by our equipment. We have a variety of trucks that can handle different capacities of waste. The waste is combined at our in-house transfer station, mixed with septic, then disposed of properly at a DEQ site.

Highly recommended. They did a great job, fast, explained the system, and showed me what I needed to do in the future to keep the system running properly. We had a septic system that was starting to back up and they came to the rescue! All at a very reasonable price for the short notice. 5 star isn't a high enough rating. Thank you!

Scenic City had a truck to us to pump our septic tank less than an hour after I called them (I think I just got lucky, don't count on service being that fast), and their tech was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and fast! In a messy business, their trucks are clean, their employees are clean, and they leave the site clean when they're done. Highly recommended.

We called out Scenic City to service our septic, and at the same time referred them to a neighbor, whose property we maintain. They got two jobs in one trip from us. When we got our bill, it more than double of what we usually pay. When we questioned them, they said we were no longer in their "service area" and that they had raised their travel charge and that we had "emergency service". Really? They took 3 days to come! Never offered to lower their price, and no consideration for the referral. We'll never use for refer the again.
