Services
There are lots of options for places where you can have granite, marble, and quartz installed. We also do all slab work as well as removal and disposal of existing countertops (an extra fee may apply). We will template and fabricate shower seats, thresholds, and other pieces, but do not install these items. We do not do any plumbing, but we will disconnect sinks from countertops we are to remove.
We carry a select variety of Rugby and Alba brand sinks. All sinks we carry are available with the installation of your new countertops. If you don't like any of the options we have available, we are happy to install a sink that you have purchased from a different supplier. Our goal is to ensure that you have the kitchen or bathroom you want.

Highly recommend. Spencer Granite removed my old quartz tops and installed new granite. Was a great experience from start to finish. Paige and Yuri were very easy to deal with and helpful through slab selection and layout. They're both extremely friendly and personable. Great communication. After looking at a couple other companies, I feel that Spencer had some of the best looking granite options and the pricing was very fair. Eric and Antonio did a great job on the installation. Install was clean and efficient. Everyone had lots of patience listening to and answering the many questions I had through the process. We couldn't be happier.

I did my kitchen over in December 2018 and used this company for countertops and an island in quartz. They came on time and answered all my questions & needs. Great people to work with and they do great work. Always on time and very friendly. I just purchased a condo and used Spencer Granite again. Eric is very accommodating and very nice. They gave me a date for installation and I got a call saying my countertop will be installed a week early.
I was estastic! So it was installed today September, 13,2019. I am so lucky to have used them not once but twice! I have used their competitors in the past to do my bathrooms. The prices are much better at Spencer Granite believe me. Sara L.

I recently completed a kitchen renovation and was looking for granite counters. I stopped by Spencer Granite in North Reading and was very happy with the level of service and knowledge about the products I received. Working with Eric and Antonio was a pleasure and the final product looks amazing. Antonio came out and measured on a Friday, and the following Friday they were being installed.

I found Spencer Granite via a craigslist ad. After meeting with Eric and reviewing the stone I had them do counters for three units of an apartment building. They got the job done quickly and at budget. With that said, I had a few issues. The house was a renovation and had two similar set-ups and one more extensive peninsula set up. From my contractor I was told they measured and template two of the units, but simple measured the peninsula unit.
As it was a reno the walls where not 100% straight and in the end it showed as the counter in the peninsula unit was not a tight fit. the stone busted through the wall is some areas and needed fill between the counter and the wall in other areas which by the way it appeared could of been avoided with a template. Finally, on one of the sink cut-outs there was a noticeable chip on the edge.
In order to finally have them show up to fix it I had to wait approximately five months and make upwards of 20+ phones calls. Unfortunately, the last call had to be threatening in which I refused to get off the line without a firm time and date of them coming to fix the chip. In the end it was fine and they fixed the chip. If you want it done fast and at "cost" they can do it. I have nice counter tops and am satisfied with the result, but I am not about to say I'm happy with the product and service.

Spencer granite is installing about 52 square feet of countertop for our kitchen and Julia has been a huge help. I called and emailed Julia multiple times changing my mind about which stones my husband and I liked and she was always flexible and willing to help. We were very pleased by the professionalism and level of attention and assistance given to us.
They came out to measure last week and we eagerly await the install. I feel confident enough in Spencer's abilities to write a 5 star review even before I've seen the finished product. Highly recommend!
