My grandmother used this company to reattach both her bathroom sinks and her kitchen sink. It was a pretty big job, had to do all new drain and some new water piping. The plumber they had over there was a nightmare. after he finished the job he turn the water on to the house and my grandmother found a leak and he claimed he didn't do that. My grandmother had some handyman but in one of her faucet but the cold side handle he put in wasn't straight so my grandmother asked nicely for him to fix it but he said he didn't touch it so it wasn't his responsibility to fix it, he complained about the about the job the entire time and refused to install a faucet that she had provided because he told her it was junk and charged her an extra $325 for him to go to the supply house and get a faucet. he also asked my grandmother to turn on the radio and put on kiss 108 because he likes to get it when he work. Never again will we be using general plumbing again. very unprofessional

I needed a hot water heater repair and called after hours. They responded right away and came out early the next morning and I had hot water. The plumber was great and explained all of the work and my choices. I'll probably get a new higher efficiency water heater and have these guys install it. My utility even offers a rebate on new water heaters according to John. Good service moderate prices.

I am new in Wakefield and didn't know who to call. I contacted these guys because they are small and family-owned. My problem was a leak in my kitchen sink area. A nice man, I think his name was Al, showed up and after a short time fixed the leaky pipe. He was clean and explained what he did. The price was fair and I would contact them again as they showed up and did the work quickly.
