Benchmark Painting And Carpentry

Had an appointment scheduled for today at 2:30pm with John. Took time off from work to meet John onsite. He was a no show, no courtesy call, no heads up, nothing. Called his office twice to see what may have happened, still no call back. Not very professional. Major disappointment! Update: Here's how John responded in a now deleted retort: "I'm sorry to hear about your experience. John did call and also sent an email to let you know that our schedule got completely booked for the season and that we weren't going to be able to make the appointment." My response: John if there was a kinder way of calling you a liar, I would.

No one called to cancel, no one e-mailed, no one even gave me a courtesy call today. Why not say the truth, that you're not a professional, that you forgot about todays appointment, couldn't care less about your customers inconvenience or the fact they sacrificed a sick-day for you and now you're trying to cover it up. A simple "I'm sorry. I'll make it up to you" would have better sufficed. "Booked for the whole season", I highly doubt it, just another lie.

Today is April 13, 2022, so if John books you after this date, you'll know he cannot be trusted to tell the truth. I wouldn't hire this liar to paint my Dog's House at this point. shame on him!

We had our living room and dining room painted. The rooms look so bright and warm. Luis did an excellent job painting the rooms. He was very thorough and conscientious. We would definitely want to use Benchmark again and have Luis come back and paint other areas in the house.

The customer service is impressive. After some miscommunication on the color, they repainted the entire trim features of the house without hesitating. The preparation and the quality of the paint are very good, particularly at a very fair price. Totally recommended.

The team did a fantastic job - they were very kind, responsive, and quick in the execution. We had our whole house painted (vinyl siding) in less than 4 days, in 80+ degree heat, nonetheless! The house looks beautiful (all of our neighbors complimented it as well); we'd absolutely use Benchmark for future painting needs.

We did it again! After the fantastic job that Benchmark did on the outside of our house, we contracted with them to paint the inside of our house as we readied it to sell. As always, both Sandy Roderick and Jacques, our project managers, were fantastic, thorough, and responsive, and our two painters - Israel and Antonio - did their usual amazing, above and beyond what we asked for, job and the price was incredibly reasonable!

The house is beautiful and expertly done, inside and out. Everything was done on time and everyone was expert and knowledgable, wonderful to work with, and gave us great advice on what was needed - and what was not. We love working with Benchmark, as they really care about their clients and the job they do, and highly recommend them.

They came highly recommended to us by friends who have used them on several occasions. They did not disappoint. The work was excellent. They were thorough and careful with both the prep and the painting itself. The site was cleaned up at the end of each day. There were separate crews for the carpentry and painting and both were friendly and easy to work with.

We won't be searching for another house painter ever again. We have used Benchmark several times and were extremely happy with the results. The team was professional and respectful. They moved through the house quietly while trying to accommodate our needs. Their price was fair. In short, they filled all our needs to our full satisfaction and I would not hesitate to recommend Benchmark.

I've had Benchmark paint both the inside and outside of my home. They have great painters on their staff and they have always done excellent work. Benchmark made a great effort to accommodate the schedule of the company that was installing new siding on my home. This was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend them for any painting job you might have.
