Johnson Pool and Spas are probably the best that I've ever seen when it comes to quality of work not only does the owner take pride in creating the best possible products out there but the crews take pride in their work as well I have full confidence and whatever job that they do will last for Generations and put smiles on the face of every single one of their clients

I would not recommend using this company I used them for three years first year went well second year they came out and said my pump would not work when I arrived home all I did was cut the switch on and pump was working which by then they had left so my opening was delayed never even received a call had to call them to find out why they didn't start as scheduled this year they scheduled me ran behind a day in which I had an event and needed it finished in three days so since they were behind a day already coming out they rushed to have me open in two days now 4 days later my pool is still cloudy I tested my water it is still low levels on most everything so I gave them a call I thanked them for getting it ready quickly but let them know my water was still cloudy and levels were low and I was told its no way they could come back and that the BOYS said it was clear and we believe our boys now keep in mind they did a two opening first day started the pumps and placed my hose in pool to fill water level so second day they added chemicals and vacuumed so there was no way possible that water was clear when they left so the receptionist says hold for manager then returns and says I can come in and bring a sample and purchase more chemicals because they used max amount and that the manger doesn't want to speak to me because he already didn't want to open it and had a note from previous year on my account I would rather they had told me this rather than coming out half doing the job I don't feel like I should have to add chemicals after two days of them coming out and I don't understand how my opening was finalized without levels being within range

Nightmare. Hard to get anyone on the phone and when you finally do, they don't know anything. They then offer to have to correct person call you back-which, of course, never happens. Wasted so much time this summer waiting for opening and service that I regret leaving Lothorian to give Johnson pools a try. Unfortunately, zero stars is not an option.

Ive been a loyal Johnson pool owner for 6 years now and use their retail store for supplies eventhough i live on the Easter Shore! But thats changing now. Must be new management. The water testing desk was a mess with papers and invoices and business accounting piled up. They were understaffed with only one guy Curtis testing, answering phones and dealing with other customers eventhough I was first.

And then he tried to sell me so many extra products that ive been told for years were not needed. He was about to sell me $500 of salt eventhough I told him I just put it in the week before. When I asked him wouldnt the existing salt start to work once it got warm he admitted it but said that I would need chlorine shock and pucks in the meantime. Getting every dime out of me! Not going back.

Purchased a gunite pool years ago and the staircase continued to crack. Johnson's sent a subcontractor to fix it three times. Each time the pool was drained and the plaster was exposed to harsh heat/sun. The second repair, I noticed spider cracks in the plaster where the pool was exposed without water. Johnson's assured me it was normal and did nothing to address the issue except continue to send the sub-contractor out to 'look' at it.

After the third repair the pool's entire surface was rough except for the new plaster. Johnson's tried to claim my water chemistry upon closing caused this which is not true! Denise at Johnson's Pools hung up on me and only passes my messages on to the owner. The owner Mike has never called me once! Now I am hiring an attorney and according to Denise "that's my choice." Please do yourself a favor and contract with a more reputable pool company.

Never Use Johnson Pools due to poor workmanship (my pools was not installed even and is not in the shape of a lagoon as contracted) and for their abuse of customers for problems 'they caused.'
