I called your 1 plumber for an emergency job. My main water line was busted, we were able to submit permit the same day to start as soon as possible. The work was fast and good, he also let me look at the old material and explained what had happened. I would use them again

We got an enormous water bill and called this company to help us find the leak. They sent someone that day, he arrived about 90 minutes after we called. He was friendly (and not afraid of dogs) and quickly gathered the info to identify the problem. He explained everything clearly and gave us options including the cost to help us make a decision. He gave me a little tutorial to help me with future issues. This is the second time they have helped us. I am confident in their honesty and competence. Jay Romero was our plumber both times.

WARNING - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! OUR EXPERIENCE from the Delray, FL branch. Please note that I called the company, and I understand that it has two branches: One in Maryland, and one in Florida, under the same owner. My parents are retired older folks in Florida who were taken advantage of. I could not believe that this company would feel no shame in charging them $1286 to unclog a drain and replace a trap.

I actually was able to get a copy of the invoice - see the photo - to prove what they did. They have NO SHAME. When I contacted them to get this corrected, we played phone tag and I'm still waiting for them to call me back. What type of business would take advantage of the elderly like this? My parents told me they were working for about 2 hours total.

This was a leak repair under a sink. See the invoice (I downloaded a screenshot, as long as this is permitted in Google reviews you should see it) and see for yourself what this company is about. My parents are in their 80s. This was a pure greed move by the Your1Plumber company. You hear about these situations in the news, and now I know they happen from personal experience.

Fast, high-quality service but shamelessly high prices. Wanna fix a $1500 water heater? We will replace for only $5000, you look like you can afford it. Leaking shower drain? No, we are too elite to do silicone sealing for you, you can do that yourself, we rather replace the whole drain assembly for $800. $500 to replace the $50 expansion tank. $900 to replace the fire sprinkler backflow preventer.

What is that, $700 per hour of labor? Lawyers don't charge that much. Just be careful and google the prices before talking to these guys. *Definitely* talk to other plumbers before going with them.

We may a app. and asked for the master plumber. They sent out a tech person. He was on time but came to the door with no tools. Asked to use my flash light. We ask him about the master plumber, he said he did not know about that, but could consult with him. He asked me to cut the sheet rock out to see if the leak was there. Then said that once the leak is found it would cost $380.00 to repair.

I question him about the price and the use of my tools. We were talking to him and he just stormed out. Still looking for a reasonable plumber. Base on how we were treated I would never use these folks again!

They were very responsive and the plumber showed up at the time agreed on. From the customer service to the plumber's arrival and quality of work everything was great. I just think it was too expensive and when I told my neighbors it cost $810 to replace a faucet, they agreed it was too expensive. I have used them in the past and they always to good quality work I just don't like their pricing.

We had a hot water heater leak. I had called three other plumbers before trying "Your 1 Plumber". The first one I called only works Monday - Friday. The next did not have a technician available until the next day even though they promise same day service and when I called the third company, The phone was answered automatically by a recording asking me to hold.

I hung up after 5 minutes of being on hold listening to a recording of the great customer service they provide! I found Your 1 Plumber online and it only had one review. But it was a positive review and I was desperate, so I called. The phone was answered by a human. Wilmer arrived to our door 20 minutes later. This was on a Saturday late afternoon. He was polite and professional. He explained what we needed and gave us options. He cleaned up the work area after he finished. We will call this company again.
