Hermitage Roofing installed a new roof, added 2 ventilation fans, and fabricated and installed a new copper window awning at my home. I am extremely pleased with the quality and cost of their work. I strongly recommend them for any roofing needs. They were professional, honest, fast, and did a great job cleaning up afterwards (they even had a guy come back the next day to inspect the cleanup!). Ask for Billy-he is a great guy who will provide an honest assessment of your roof

They were able to replace our very large roof in 2 days, and after cleared up the work site very, very carefully. Very thoughtful to work around the needs of our family, even coordinating with us for taking our dogs out and letting our little ones get play breaks in. The work crew could not have been nicer. Maybe not the cheapest option ever, but I don't think you'd find the quality and service they provide in many other companies.

Last year, Billy helped me work through an insurance claim to replace a storm damaged roof on my house, and I couldn't be happier with the job Hermitage Roofing did.

Not a single nail or piece of trash was left behind and the house looks great with the new shingles. I just had them back to put a roof on my new garage. The garage roof matches the house perfectly, and again they did an excellent job for a great price. Had an appointment set for them to repair a spot on our roof. Signed a contract 2 weeks in advance and took off work to make sure to be at the house when they got there. Waited until 1140 and called the business number to see what was going on. They then had a manager call me and he said they were running behind but would get to me that day. Needless to say they never came nor contacted me to let me know what happened or what was going on. Very unprofessional.

I've never had to deal with a roof replacement and Billy Venhuizen was absolutely AWESOME to deal with. I never would have even thought to go through my homeowners and Billy went the extra mile. He advised me on the whole thing, and got the work done in a timely professional manner. If you need roof or gutter installation or repair, these are the people to use. I would recommend this roofing company to anyone and everyone I know in need of a roof replacement. I called to get a quote and received the quote the very next day which was almost 1,000 less than the other quotes I received. This company came out and replaced my roof a few days later and I am very satisfied with the work and the fact they got it done when I needed it done by. Very professional and good work. So glad we kept getting estimates on shingles and gutters, we would have never found Billy! He was very professional and personable, great price and got the job done quick and painlessly. I love this company.everyone is so kind, helpful, and efficient! They really try to please their customers and their service is exceptional! I can not say enough good things about Hermitage Roofing. They replaced our roof approximately 3 years ago and were very responsive to all my questions and concerns. We developed a strange leak during driving rain recently and it was difficult to locate where water was intruding. But Nick came out and within 2 minutes had identified the problem. He was very clear in communicating and dependable as well. Patched it for the weekend and came right back out on Monday to fix the problem. No more leaking. I also want to publicly thank Stephanie at reception for her professionalism and responsive. Thank you!

Hermitage came to give us an estimate on repair of the roof and also for a new roof. The person had a mask on and was very professional. He did not use a drone which I appreciate it he actually got up on the roof to see any damage. Within 48 hours he gave us an estimate. It was reasonable and we'll decide if we will use them. Would've received 5-stars if he'd explained what he daw while on the roof. I recommend this company.

Yup, my uncle is a fan, he's computer challenged so hence I'm sending this. His previous roofer was out three times and could not fix the problem. The previous roofer even blamed the gutter installer. The owner of that company came by and showed where the problem was on the roof. David from Hermitage came out, even went into the attic. Found the problem; very knowledgeable young man.

It took a little while to get it fixed since it was a large job and they needed a guarantee of no rain and this summer that was hard. In the meanwhile, when the hurricane was due, they came out at no cost and did what they could to secure it all. The job is in the roof valley and is, frankly really nice looking. The guys who did the job were great. My uncle is hard to impress, but he was.

Update: I was contacted by the owner and he was very upset. He ended up refunding some of our money. Not sure what to say now. I might consider them in the future, but feel a little wary still.
