Could not have been more pleased, from start to finish! We replaced older carpeting in our home and every single team member we interacted with was knowledgeable, professional and very detail oriented, and clearly committed to excellence. The crew who installed our new carpet did meticulous work, were incredibly timely, super friendly, and left our home spotless. The finished project is beautiful and completely exceeded our expectations. A+++

Alys was friendly enough in person but she was legitimately the least responsive person that I've ever dealt with when trying to get quotes or have questions answered. I can't speak for the rest of the staff but the service from Alys was maddening. Also, whatever contractors they used for our flooring didn't do a great job - it's a new build but there's space between some of the flooring and parts that creak.

Fred Callaghan Malvern is place for carpets, Keith did an excellent customer service by keeping us posted about the carpet delivery and scheduling installation. Carpet was looking great and installation was awesome, it gave us a real theatrical experience. Fred Callaghan and Keith completely deserve 5 stars.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My complaint will sound familiar. The installation of the wood floors from Callaghan is the worst installation I have ever seen. We continue to have MAJOR problems that include splitting, separating, chipping and uneven floorboards. Callaghan's has been out several times, but offer no solutionS. They insist it is not their problem.
I also bought tile from them and have had serious issues with both the tile and the grout. Again, we have been told they will not fix it. I don't post reviews but am so frustrated with this establishment that I had no other recourse. WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM CALLAGHAN CARPET AND FLOORING.

My experience. super friendly staff, but the quality of the installation of the Bruce hardwood floor was far below expectations for a Main Line company. We don't believe it's the fault of the Bruce product as we've had similar product for previous 10yrs in another home. It's been over a year and still waiting for issues to be repaired. They've been back many times to fix some of the mistakes, but overall we're not impressed with how the floor is holding up after only a year. Creaks, cracks, long splits, uneven transitions, boards lifting up, bubbling, missing moulding. only thing that has not happened are gaps between planks.
