In 1995, the automatic gate, wholesale and remote division was added to expand TexDoor's broad range of products and services to its customers. We offer 24-hour service and serve many of the major companies in San Antonio and South Texas. In addition, TexDoor wholesales throughout the Southern United States and Mexico. We have over 90 employees working together in a team effort to maintain and continue our growth in the future.

Dock levelers can be activated automatically or mechanically and are available as pit-style or edge-of-dock storing. I called to get a quote on a new garage door. The operator answered and transferred me to one of their sales reps. I waited 15 minutes to have someone answer the phone and no one did. I called back and I was told by the operator that "all reps are busy" and she had no interest on taking my number or arranging for a call back. I guess they don't need new business. I called one of their competitor A1. They answered very quickly to my call and an appointment was set-up for same day.

Loyalty means nothing. We have been doing busy with this company for over 25yrs. We placed an order for doors in Feb-paid half down. Due to owner and several workers being sick and/or hospitalized we could not pick up until now. They raised the price on same doors(siting in warehouse)-when we went to pick up. Didn't honor original order

Very rude. Poor Customer service. Robert was very argumentative and pushy. We had a miscommunication and he blew up on the phone with me as if my company had not hired his company to do a job. He raised his voice and tried to talk to me like I was his employee or a child. I could not believe the audacity. Then after a job for more than 5k, we had issues just days after the job was completed. We had to call several times and demand the issue be resolved quickly after being given the run around. I would never recommend this company.

Called to get our door replaced on Tuesday. They said "Sure, we will have someone out Thursday or Friday". Here we are on Monday after a few more calls at 4:55PM and still nobody showed up. Anyone know a competitors number so I can get a door installed? update: Finally made contact, the door looks great and my wife is happy!

Thank you, thank you, thank you! Installation of the automatic door opener for our 10x10 barn door makes this door useful. And by adding to back door to our metal building, we are saving the apartment inside from all the sand; very convenient for letting dog out. And installation. Was so quick, and managed it all from Belgium.
