When i first called for information, they provided a price range for the expected repair and there was not fee for someone to come out to confirm the needed repair. Antonio was very nice - excellent service and work.

Alex showed up time and went over the problems. reported. Provided estimates and gave time to ask questions. Got back to work and did a professional job. minor mention : should have cleaned up the work area outside(water shut off value/pressure valve) also cleanup inside the city's main water control. Since it is shared with neighbor we need to leave it the way it was before.

After trying just about every possible way to unclog the kitchen sink, these guys were recommended by a friend. The entire process was smooth and worry free. From the initial call, to scheduling the appointment and having the guys do the job, every person I interacted with was friendly, professional, and courteous. They provided constant communication via email and text throughout the entire experience. I will definitely come back to them for any other plumbing issues, they were excellent.

World class. These guys are as professional as they come. Very rapid response (on a Sunday btw) and I scheduled my appointment for Tuesday. Not only did they show up on time, they actually called and asked if I wanted them to show up EARLY! The gentleman that arrived even offered me a thorough, detailed explanation of the work he was going to do. I paid the bill and it was HALF of what the other company wanted. Best prices, best service, it's a no-brainer here folks. Go with these guys and save yourself the stress money.

I needed to have a gas line moved to install our new wall mount oven. O&M showed up, took a look at the setup, and was done within 2 hours. The entire time the rep was consultative and thourough in how he communicated what needed to be done properly. After install, the connections were tested for any leaks and all is well in our kitchen again in time for the holidays. Pumpkin bread never smelled so good. If you have something you need done right the first time just call these guys and check it off your list. Solid company with exceptional care for their customers.

I hired O & M Plumbing to perform a Hydrostatic Test and it failed. Since the test failed I hired O&M Plumbing to located and give me a estimate for repairs. Antonio and his teammate were respectful, professional and very knowledgeable of their job. They took time to answer all my questions and concerns I had in locating the leak. After the leak was located, Antonio gave me a quote for repairs to include the extent of the work. Antonio came back the next week to start the job. Ben has a very good team of guys working for him. They keep their work area cleaned up the entire time. I would definitely hire this company again.

We had excellent service with O&M. Extremely responsive, professional and confident. We had a water softener removed, a sink installed, drain line lowered and a water heater flush. Whole house re-pipe and salt less water filtration system. Ben and his team are top notch. Wonderfully professional and detail orientated. Zach Strickland was the most professional serviceman I have experienced in such a long time I was inspired to write this review. It was refreshing to know there are still good people out there doing a great service for it's customers. Zach was someone you felt comfortable inviting into your home as soon as we made contact because he is a good person and a professional at the same time. Zach explains and goes over what he is there to do to help you as a homeonwer and he was very respectful of our home as well. Loved the before text with Zach's photo and contact info. Zach did a great professional job installing for us 2 new toilets and 3 new sink faucets, we hated for him to leave, he felt like part of our family.
