Porta potty's haven't been washed inside since start of job they have no customer appreciation

Very disappointed. Called to schedule septic cleaning. After digging out the tank lid the day they were supposed to arrive they did not due to understandable circumstances. We rescheduled for ten days later. That day came around and they again could not come out due to understandable circumstances. I was very flexible and understanding. We rescheduled again for the following week.

The day they were supposed to arrive D&J was a no call no show. Three days later I was contacted by email and was told to call someone else and that they wouldn't be able to provide me the service they had agreed to do.

Solid service. Had to book a bit further out than I'd like. But we weren't in a rush. Was happy with the interaction. Smart, knowledgeable folks. Got some good advice for preventative maintenance: checking the filter and had some small roots that need to be killed off before they became a problem.

This was an awesome service. Danielle was great and very professional. She was very knowledgeable about my specific system. She was very willing to share what she knew with me and teach me what I needed to know about my system to keep it running at its best. I will use the company again for sure. First timer VERY happy! A well run operation from scheduling to service. Very polite, professional and cheerful people on the phone and at the house. Danielle hustled! Very polite and pleasant! Even did a few extra flush or two because she wasn't happy with it. Had a real "I can get that cleaner" attitude. This will be my septic service company. Highly recommended.

Lets be honest, most anyone can pump a septic tank. However D & J went above and beyond. After Danielle finished pumping the tank, she noticed the baffle had fallen off. This is a critical piece and needed to be replaced. Understand my house was built in 1926 so Jake had his work cut out for him. He spent over 3 hours in 90* heat making sure the job was done correctly.

When I offered to fill in the hole after it cooled down he said he wanted to finish the job and he did. A great job done by Danielle and Jake. This is a family owned business so if you want to support a local business you can't go wrong with D & J.

Danielle was awesome and we would recommend her to anyone! Super knowledgeable and saved us a lot of money.

I hired D & J to clean my septic tanks, and in short they were fantastic. The technician who was on the job was knowledgeable, and very quickly identified that the last company that we had hired to clear our tanks did a poor job - he took time to explain what we found, and why he believed they did a poor job (yet in a way to not "bad mouth" another company, but to make sure we knew what was important to maintain our septic system properly).

Then he went above and beyond and spent nearly 2 hours working to get our tanks cleaned out. He also gave some other advice to help maintain our septic system. The listed price was more than fair.but on top of that he did not charge anything extra for the additional service/work and advice. I will absolutely be using D & J for our future needs, no question. Hire them, you won't be disappointed.

They did a great job, highly recommended. The service guy pointed out a few things that other company failed to do and the mistakes they others had made in the past. In fact he saved me money by informing that one of my tanks didn't need to be pumped this time. Great company and will use again.

Jake (owner) arrived at the scheduled time. He was courteous, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He emptied the tank, inspected it and checked to see that it was working properly before closing it. He made recommendations for maintenance and cleaning based on our household. He was careful to maintain the grass that he had to remove to open the tank. Having not been through this process before, I felt that Jake took the time to explain the process and workings of my septic system. I would recommend D & J Septic without reservation and will definitely do business with them again when the need arises.

Danielle came today to clean our septic tank. All I can say is the service provided was fantastic. She did an excellent job. She was on time, friendly and very informative giving me helpful tips. Excellent customer service, made appointment through their website, received confirmation email, and they showed up as scheduled. Explained the depth and levels, and said tanks in good working order, after we had a baffle replaced 6 years ago. Good advice on next scheduled maintenance. I have had D & J Septic maintain my septic system for over 22 years. Great company for this service.

Really easy to schedule online. They arrived on time, completed the clean out of our tank and helped us understand when to call for service again (as this is our first home with a septic tank). I'll definitely call them next time.

I called D & J Septic Services twice and never got a call back. We needed our tank inspected because we were told we needed a new tank. I understand if they couldn't do this but a call back would have been nice.

I recently moved into a new home with a septic tank and was told I should get it inspected/flushed out, so I scheduled an appointment with D & J via their website. They came during the time quoted and were very nice- this is my first experience with a septic system and they gave me a ton of information and advice on what to do/not to do. Will definitely reach out to them again for anything septic-related that I need in the future.

Excellent service and education on our tank. Jeff showed up promptly, was careful digging up our grass, did a thorough cleaning and inspection, and gave me some solid tips on improving our usage based on his assessment of the tank. He was very friendly and helpful. Their rate is a little higher than our previous provider, but I feel it was worth it for the honest assessment, education, and attention to detail. We'll definitely look at D&J for our next service in a few years.

I wouldn't think of using anyone else! These guys are GREAT and very responsive when I had an emergency!

I called around a number of places and checked reviews before selecting D & J Septic to pump our 2 tanks. Including digging they were priced about the same as most of the other places. They were very informative and helpful. It was too early in the year to have the tanks pumped because of the frost laws on the roads but they put us on a list to call back when the frost laws were off.

They called back and scheduled a time to pump the tanks. They were on time and easily found the tank lids dead on at 22 deep. They measured and cleaned the tanks completely (I was there and looked in the tanks). They filled the holes and replaced the sod. They performed the service as expected. Will use again.
