L & L Glass

Absolutely no issues with office staff or sales persons other than getting someone to answer the phone. But the experience starts with the installation. They came out to measure, ordered and paid a deposit. Four weeks later the installers bring the glass and it does not fit. The manufacture read the measurements wrong and made the glass too big. Sophia who is in charge tells me after I call her at the end of the day to inquire as to what will happen next that she will work with us to get the new glass rushed. Sends out the new estimator who measures and takes back to the office.

I was told they would add the glass coating which would prevent staining. I asked instead if they would upgrade to the clear glass. She would get back to me. The glass was to be installed on a Friday and we now get a response Tuesday evening telling us mistakes happen and there is no upgrade. If we do t want to pay the additional $400 to upgrade then she will order the new panels and let me know when she can schedule the new install.

Now I was told on the phone that the coating was a $300 upgrade so why not for the inconvenience and time lost of use of shower would you not throw in another &100 upgrade? Not sure what's happened other than they are too busy for customer service and it's a take it or leave it attitude Be forewarned I will keep you all updated

Top notch! We bought new bathroom shower glass. They were professional and reliable; great product!

Absolutely use them if you do not like people to return your phone calls! Apparently in their acquisition of "Five Star" they feel as though only one singular, probably overworked, human can answer any questions or book any appointments related to work done by Five Star. I'll keep hoping that someday they will call me back and we can book a minor repair.

Amazing customer service! Good ole fashioned kind. I was working on a rather large project and some of the mirrors were not laying flat. L&L glass offered to completely redo the very expensive job if I wasn't happy. My carpenter had to make some adjustments to trim out the mirror and it was going to cost me extra. L&L glass said if I wanted to leave the mirrors, they would pay the extra cost the carpenter added on. Wow!

In the end, my carpenter and I determined my wall was crooked. I decided to just pay the extra for my carpenter myself, but was completely a satisfied customer. You just don't find people who stand behind their work anymore. Thank You L&L Glass!

This review should have been written 6 years ago! I think of L and L everyday when I shower. If only other businesses did business like L and L! I had them install the clear European Shower Glass and beautiful hardware. They also recommended that I add the Diamon Fusion Protective Coating. Although I did not want the extra expense of the coating I have not regretted it once!

My shower has remained beautiful! The professionalism and knowledge that these guys showed was unbelievable and very much appreciated. I was truly impressed by their work and still remain impressed 6 years later! My beautiful bathroom looks like a high class spa! I don't know if Crystal, Eric and Draper still work there but I'm sure glad that they did in 2015! Kudos to a fantastic well run business!

L&Lglass replaced Pyro ceramic glass in my woodstove door exactly as advertised for a fair price. Would recommend

Amazing Customer Service! Kris Olesen, Senior Estimator, made sure all measurements and work was completed with perfection. He was dedicated to making our experience great. Our new bathroom shower doors are wonderful. Glad we listened to our professional contractor who recommended L&L Glass.

It pained me to hold off on writing my review while letting the glass set, but I needed the finished project pictures to post, because it turned out SO beautifully! I have not experienced such amazing customer service in our entire bathroom remodel project (or probably ever), as I have while working with L&L Glass. From the very first phone call when I spoke with Marissa, I got all the warm and fuzzies about this company that I needed to schedule an appointment to come measure.

They knew we were on a time crunch (after being completely screwed over by another glass company in the area), and tried very hard to get us scheduled ASAP. When Pete came to take measurements, he was very personable and answered all my questions. He got the measurements back quickly and I had a quote sent over just a few days later. They were a bit more expensive than a few other places we had gotten quotes from previously, but customer service and positive reviews go a long way for me, so I quickly pulled the trigger and put down a deposit. Miguel and (totally blanking on the other dude's name. Gah!) came to install our shower glass and we were blown away by how quickly they were in and out.

We stepped out for a quick breakfast and they were already done! Super cool guys, too! I would have saved myself a ton of stress and time, had I done a better job at reading reviews and contacted L&L Glass from the beginning. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for new glass installation, as I could not be happier with every part of this project, from start to finish!

Good customer service is a struggle to find and every single person that I dealt with at L&L was PHENOMENAL! Quick responses, detailed explanations of what to expect, timely, and estimated bid was accurate. They went above and beyond with the install as well to help me out just cuz they are that nice. I would HIGHLY recommend this company any day and they came very highly recommended to me and now I know why.

From start to finish-everything went smoothly with L&L Glass. I appreciated their professionalism and friendliness. Setting up a consultation and then scheduling the job with Marissa was easy due to good communication. The installers also communicated very well, showed up early in the 2 hour window, worked efficiently and answered my questions. Completely satisfied with this company. My new master bath shower enclosure and mirror look beautiful! This company shows that they appreciate their customers. I recommend!

Great group of folks. From initial phone conversations, to field measuring and finally installation and cleanup. All were friendly, competent, great at updating their show up time (actually for both measuring and install they were a little early). Pricing was a little better than another supplier. No reason to consider anyone else!

These people are on it! Great customer service, very professional and skilled. They installed a beautiful 1 piece over sized glass door that is custom fit and looks fabulous. Special shout out to DAVE for his awesome work and great customer service.

They did a custom shower (90 degrees "L" shape glass walls with 30" door) for us, beginning with a very careful and thorough field measure by Chris, who was fairly well equipped with samples for glass types and hardware choices. Used laser in a detailed measuring and marking for the job, and he was fastidious. His effort in our house took about a half-hour and it fostered high confidence.

The install, which took place a few weeks later was also first class, with full instructions, cautions, etc. Their workers were highly attentive to Covid-19 safety practices as well. Bid price was in line with another company's price, but the competitor's initial field measure brought two louts who were both oddly filthy, and whose "measure" took five minutes (no product samples), using a level and a tape measure.

I'm leaving this review for the actual glass door and install/measuring service (my review for the showroom is on their showroom location). The guy that came to measure (I'm terrible at names!) was so thorough and knowledgeable about design. He thought of things I never would have considered.will the door be visible in the mirror? How will someone reach for things outside of the shower?

How will the doors align with the tiles? etc. The installation went smoothly, with the guys being right on time, being very cautious with my home when bringing in the glass doors, very polite, and thorough with teaching me how to care for them. Incredible company to work with!

We have used L&L Glass twice now and both times have been great experiences. Their customer service and communication is great. This last install there was a miscommunication on our hardware color and they were great in taking the time to get the right hardware and complete the job. The quality of the glass is impeccable and provides a beautiful finish to our shower.

Would not suggest buying glass from this company, they don't back their work up, if one of their products breaks your out of luck. After this last experience, I won't let my customers use this company again.

I had been using L&L Glass for years in the past having owned a remodeling company (and only used them for my bathroom remodel jobs). I have been out of residential remodeling for nearly ten years, so this was the first time I'd used L&L as the end consumer now for the remodel of our kids' bathroom. I am still seriously impressed with this business and still love this team!

Their customer service is fantastic. They sent out someone to measure once I was done installing the tile; they always call to verify the appointment the day before and again when the tech is on the way. They completed the measure and then scheduled the install that same day once I verified pricing, handles, etc. and completed the down payment. Once I had the glass installed, I did have a small issue after the first day of the glass door slipping slightly (by 1/8th of an inch out at the top--very minor), but they were again there the next day to correct the issue. Zero complaints with the issue and adjustment!

By the way, if you can justify the Starphire (low-iron) glass instead of the standard (a slight premium in price), I HIGHLY recommend it. Normal glass has a natural green-ish hue to it and the Starphire is amazing and clear. Our bathroom is finished in nearly all white and the lack of green tint absolutely completed the finish. The bathroom is narrow, so the photos are hard to depict the glass clarity, but we love it. Thanks L&L!

I really only write a review when the service is either terrible or incredibly good. I found L&L glass to be an incredibly good company. From the sales rep I met at the Home and Garden Show to the estimator, scheduler and install team, I just couldn't have asked for a better company to deal with. My wife and I have been slowly remodeling our home over the last 8 years.

The final project was finishing a large basement which included a full sized shower. We wanted European style plate glass. I shopped around. L&L had competitive pricing, excellent communication, excellent advice and timely service. We had to delay the final adjustments due to Covid19, but through it all their service and professionalism was outstanding. I would give this company my highest recommendation to any friend or family member.

I've been a customer for 15 years. As a remodeling contractor I have need for multiple shower doors every year. The L&L team is amazing! My customers love going to the showrooms, to help design their dream baths. From design to installation everything is well coordinated and communicated to the customer. I've purchased over 30 units from L&L, the prices are very fair and the quality and service are absolutely outstanding!

We had a great experience with L&L Glass. They have a showroom where we met with a very helpful salesperson to see and select all of the options. The people that did the measurements and installation in our house were very prompt and professional, and had everything they needed to do the work right the first time.

I was very impressed with L&L glass company. First I called to find out about the prices. I talked with Crystal, she was very professional and explained to me everything. Then I sent measurements and pictures, the initial quote came the same day I called. The reason I decided to go with L&L glass because the gave me the breakdown of cost of materials and labor.

Its great to know upfront what to expect. A lot of other companies don't do it, they just give you total amount. After I paid 50% they scheduled first appointment and installation pretty quick. The technicians were very experienced and professional. We were very pleased with results and they quality of our shower door! I will definitely use L&L glass again.

I was super impressed with L&L Glass customer service. The gentleman that came to our house to get the measurements was extremely helpful and explained every option/idea available. In fact, we were quoted a lower price from another company but chose to go with L&L glass because of the customer service. They also were always in communication and showed up when they said they would! The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because it took over 2 weeks for the shower doors to be installed but I will use them again for any/all future glass projects!

Well worth the cost and the wait. I have many photos on my phone and somewhere in there are a few photos of our final product. Although this company was out of our area (we're south), the reviews led us to get a quote from them and I'm glad we used their services. Our estimator arrived on time and was probably one of the nicest people I've met during our remodeling journey.

We added 2 bathrooms and remodeled our main one and used L&L for all 3 glass showers and they did not disappoint. One bath was a small glass project, the other was glass sliding door on tub, and the other was a full glass sliding glass door done in two separate projects. Everyone was prompt, the work was great (clean silicone application), and the installers were quick and courteous. Although a bit on the higher end of our budget, we were happy with the final product.

Contacted L&L for a quote and no one got back to me. Just called again and the young lady said I had to totally remove existing shower doors before they could do anything, including giving me a quote. Ridiculous! How do they stay in business?

I called a number of glass shower door places to get a "ball park estimate" for a shower update. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and seemed to be quite knowledgeable. For this reason I decided to visit the showroom on Pecos Street. I was impressed with the display of various showers and doors. The saleswoman was most helpful and offered much additional information and suggested various possibilities.

I proceeded to schedule an appointment to demo my current shower and get measurements for new shower doors. I then scheduled the installation date. All in all, the entire process took a very short time, and the installation itself proceeded smoothly. Richard and Eric were very competent and knowledgeable and remained focused on the installation which was completed within 2 hours.

I am very satisfied that I chose L and L for the work I needed, and I would definitely use this company again. Everything was explained to me in great detail, and I would feel comfortable asking for any additional information. The price for this job fell into the middle category, but I feel I got a high end job.

Excellent shower glass company! From the initial consultation to every phone call, we experienced professional conversations with individuals who were knowledgeable and friendly. Their templater measured via laser to ensure a proper fit and the installers completed the work in a timely manner with no mess and it looks great! We have another bathroom to finish and we know who we'll be calling!

We recently remodeled our master bathroom. My contractor took me to L&L Glass to order a large piece of decorative glass for our walk-in shower. Not only did they offer a large selection of choices for the glass I needed, but they were also extremely professional and helpful. The installation well-done and performed on time with our schedule. Had a fantastic experience dealing with L&L Glass. Jenn was wonderful. We had them quote, measure and install a custom frame shower door for our rental town home in Aurora. The door is absolutely beautiful and install was fast, clean and professionally done. Would refer them to anyone and will use for my next project. They beat Monarch Glass who did our door in our master bath hands down. L&L pricing is also better.

Consummate professionals- I can't say enough about how prompt and high class this company is. They were always on time and in high communication about everything throughout our project. The glass splash guard in our shower looks beautiful and everyone we dealt with was wonderful. I wish I could give them 10 stars.
