Sanders & Johnson

Sanders & Johnson have been our go to for all HVAC and plumbing. We bought a house with an old water heater and they prices a few options for replacement. They have also performed annual maintenance on our furnace and A/C. They are always on time and very professional. Any items needing attention are explained in detail and repair pricing is totally transparent. Josh has been out to our house twice and he is GREAT!

Went very well! Got someone to come out quickly to diagnose the problem. Josh is super friendly and professional. Explained everything to us in simple terms and showed us where the problem was. Had to go get a part. Was back quickly and got the furnace up and running. The lady I called to get someone scheduled to come out was also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely call them again!

These servicemen arrived on time and I was notified that they were on their way both by the serviceman and the office. There were two technicians that came. They wore shoe covers to protect the floors but they did not wear masks. Since we were not going to be near each other for more than a minute or two at a time I was not concerned, but I don't know what your company policy is regarding this issue. They were both friendly and professional and completed the job in a reasonable time.

Critical: Quality BEWARE of Nigel Isaac very strange and weird. I would not trust him to walk my dog much less mess with the gas in my house. They must be very desperate at Saunders and Johnson. I would recommend Applewood or Mile High

I don't know how you feel about one of your technicians moving across the double white line into the HOV lane when he simply couldn't wait five seconds for me to pass someone. Not to mention speeding near 90mph. That's just ridiculous. Your techs should know better due to the fact that you're literally a traveling billboard with your signage on the side and back.

Sanders& Johnson were excellent in getting technicians out to us the same day that we called. Technicians Quinn and Jimbo were great working quickly and efficiently to determine the problem with our AC. They were both friendly and clearly experts in their field. Very good service! Used this company for my parents as well. One gentleman in particular, Quinn, has served our many households and is top notch to say the least. So many times I have been disappointed with the service in this day in age by other companies. Sanders and Johnson is a rare bird that has itheir priorities right: treating customers with respect, telling them what to expect, and giving "quality" service. You can truly trust them.

We needed an expert opinion regarding installation of our tankless water heater. We called on a Monday morning and had a technician arrive by 2:00pm the same day. The assessment was honest, concise and professionally rendered. We have used Sanders and Johnson for years, always with good results.

Customer Beware! This company installed my furnace, AC, and hot water tank 8 years ago when it was Sanders and Johnson. It has since been bought out and not the same owners. My AC was not cooling the house below 79 degrees. I called for a technician on July 1 2021 They told me over the phone it would cost $139 to diagnose the unit. When the technician was done checking my AC he said the refrigerant was low and was leaking oil but he couldn't find the leak.

He called his supervisor and a different technician has to come out to diagnose the AC. When I was getting ready to write the check he said the fee is now $315 because it took an extra half hour to diagnose. At this point I became very upset with the tech and this amount. He really didn't do that much work and my AC unit still wasn't working. I should have never paid him that amount.

The new Sanders and Johnson doesn't want to keep old customers. I called a different company from the Tom Martino referral list the company is called Northglenn heating and air. the technician found the leak right away. It was a faulty valve stem that cost $0.89 cents and the leak was very obvious. He replaced it and topped off my refrigerant with 3 pounds in less then 1 hour and that total cost was $347. My AC unit is working perfectly now. Why couldn't the Sanders and Johnson tech find the leak? This is not the same Sanders and Johnson! They ripped me off of $315.

I highly recommend this company for any heating and air conditioning issues. I have used them for years and always been extremely happy with the work. The whole staff is always friendly and helpful. Most recently, technician, Josh, and supervisor, Quinn, helped me figure out some evaporative cooler problems that had been plaguing me for years. They definitely rank 5 stars in my book.

I've used Sanders and Johnson for all my heating and air conditioning service for 20 years. They are honest, thorough and don't push for unnecessary work. I know when they recommend something, it's honest. The service people are always polite and cheerful.

Eric did an excellent job cleaning and changing filters and then for our furnace and humidifier. He explained what he was doing and why my furnace was dirty in the first place. I really appreciated the time he spent.
