Signed up for service over a month ago. Was told I would have cans in 5-10 business days. I have called numerous times. Each time I'm told they are sorry, I should have had them by now. They look into it and send a message to a supervisor because they can't reach anyone. I'm told surely I should have them in a few days. Rinse and repeat. Today, when I expressed my frustration that I've been paying and not receiving service for a month, I was told it was my choice not to sit my bags out on the curb unprotected and available to animals to destroy.

My husband and I both work full-time. We do not have time to sit on hold multiple times begging for the trash cans we are paying for, nor do we have time to clean up trash that would inevitably be strewn throughout my neighborhood if I sit unprotected bags out. I understand that people are short-staffed, but some communication would be nice. Unbelievably disappointing. And, no, I won't be emailing you. I've initiated all of the communication I care to.

After years of rumpke service I moved to a place that already had rumpke service. I canceled the 26th of Sept. On Oct 26th they took out another payment. Still today November 18th and no refund. I've called 5x and they always say it's coming. It's processing blah blah. I've never in my life had these kinds of issues. This is ridiculous and a definite let down by rumpke when they've bought out all other trash services in our small town

After 3 phone calls they still haven't picked up our trash this week. Told it wasn't there told they did pick it up. We live on Pippin Rd. A main very busy road can't miss the trash can. They picked up Recycling with NO problem. I have my payment set on auto pay so you get our money so I want the same service. I can't believe you the lies I've Been Told about it wasn't picked up.

I bought a can from them previously. They broke the lid on collection day and when I called about getting the lid replaced they told me they weren't responsible for damages to the can. Apparently they are above the law and not liable for destruction of private property. Lost a customer over a broken lid.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I had placed numerous calls to try and solve a simple problem: the trash collector leaves the cans in the street next to the curb, instead of placing them back on the driveway aprons where the residents leave them for pickup. This obviously presents a hazard when driving through the subdivision, especially when some residents don't retrieve their cans until after dark.

Instead of working with the trash collector to solve the problem, they told him that I was complaining about service and gave him my address. He retaliated by throwing the empty cans in the middle of my driveway. VERY unprofessional on many levels.

We canceled Rumpke last year and started burning our trash due to the high cost of service. 115$ every 3 months. So 460$ a stinking year. Unfortunately with me being sick my husband couldn't keep up with it so I called and had it restarted. Today makes the 10th business day since I restored service and I still don't have any cans. And when I called earlier some loud mouth answered, screaming into the phone.

I informed her that I was still waiting on cans. She loudly says they have 10 business days which I told her it's been 10 business days. She then says they have until 5pm. STILL NO CANS

Rumpke staff do an amazing job. The staff that pick up the garbage are great and always pleasant to talk to. The staff in the office are always very helpful if there is a need to contact them. Keep up the great work!

Rumpke has served my family for years. Our experience has been amazing.never a missed pick-up, never a damaged trash container. We have seen Rumpke drivers stop to properly dispose of dead animals in and along the road. we have witnessed Rumpke people stop to pick up trash from the road. We find Rumpke to be a positive and productive member of our community.

We have been very pleased with Rumpke over the years. Appreciate their monthly large item pick up. Do a nice job of placing cans/lids/recycle bin back on the side of the driveway. Good communication if pick up date changes. No complaints.

Can goes out, trash is gone. Pile of junk goes out, it is gone. They even took a couch once (called ahead, had to wrap in plastic and pay a small fee) and it was uneventful. Customer service is easy to work with. They gave me a free recycle can, and it is pretty hefty one too. Thanks, Rumpke!

When I purchased my first home over a year ago, I had to "browse" around the waste and recycling market for prices and quality of service. After some phone calls and research, it was clear that Rumpke was the place for me. They rarely have a delay in pick up due to a holiday, I think Christmas is about the only time. Recycling is included in the cost and the crew doesn't just throw my cans around or leave them in my driveway or in the road. Can't imagine using any other service!

Have NEVER had a problem with this company until now. I have put in 7 calls about a SERIOUS ISSUE. Found out this morning, my driver LITERALLY handed the supervisor the message and it was for BOTH of them to read and hear. Fell on deaf ears AGAIN. I've talked to everyone except CEO! WHY is such a IMPORTANT MESSAGE NOT being followed through on this matter? Been a regular customer for MANY YEARS. Guess it's time to change Services!
