Our deck was installed wonderfully a few years ago, shortly after our house was built. To our dismay, settling occurred and one pier was sinking. I called Custom Design Fence & Deck expecting some pushback, but to my surprise, the customer service was AMAZING!!! They assessed the problem and were out to fix it shortly thereafter. So easy to work with and handled everything professionally and with a smile.
