A return customer who will no longer use them. Called multiple times to get air conditioning repaired on the hottest days of the year on Sunday. Left message on service line with no one calling back. Had to call them multiple times to see if they would repair. Finally came out Monday afternoon and needed motor which of course they didn't have and needed to get from Atlanta. Called THEM on Tuesday and found out motor there.
No one called to say it was in or when they would be out. Gentlemen asked me when I wanted it installed and stated it was rather hot and he'd try to find someone to come out Tuesday. No one ever showed up. Wednesday morning finally installed. Asked for 10% discount per page and service tech had no knowledge so I got NOTHING. I need a new unit but I won't be going through them.
