Staff is nice but the store owner Sam rolled his eyes at me for a simple request on a rental being returned a few hours late. Didn't make me feel really comfortable and wasn't necessary will take our rentals business elsewhere in the future lots of choices. No reason to treat people like that.

Never have issues here. Service is top notch equipment is always dependable. If you are not planning on owning it these are the guys you want in your corner for tools and equipment. Customer since 90's

Very professional. They have a good selection of items for rent. I got a drain jetter that worked well until the tip plugged up. With 1,500 psi that really surprised me. A more experienced operator probably would have figured out the problem quicker than I did and not wasted as much time. I changed to a different included tip. Who ever had installed the tip really torqued it down.

I have a good selection of tools, but I almost gave up it was so tight. I am sure this was the fault of the last user, not Rentals Unlimited. Overall I am very happy with the rental and will return to them in the future.

Called to get a rental on a mini skid. Wanted to charge me two day rental for when I only need it for one day so I can drop it off on Sunday, No other equipment rental company charges you on a day they are closed. Won't be renting from you guys nor will I recommend this company.

Terrible customer service. I just got off the phone with them. This used to be a good place. Bought two chainsaws from them and have rented numerous trucks. I guess they're either not training their employees or hiring the wrong people. Will not be going back there anymore

Very blessed by the guys at rental unlimited. Sam was very accommodating to our needs on our first experience using an excavator. He sent Johnny who was a knowledgeable, professional, and very kind man to come help us free of charge. THANK YOU! We will be using them in the future.

Absolute horrible customer experience. I paid $140 per month for small scaffolding that sells for $160 new at Tractor Supply Company. Beyond that, their customer service is the worst. They gave me the wrong size safety siding and they are very rude on the phone. I would stay away from this one, at least their Sterling location.

The staff at RU was friendly and helpful when I came in at the last minute looking for moving truck. They measured each vehicle and helped me choose the one that was best for my moving needs. Even though it is very far from where I live, I would go back 10 times over.
